Each of the first and second ends includes a small diameter portion, a large diameter portion and a shoulder portion disposed therebetween. The rod extends through the slots and includes a sliding portion and a positioning end having a diameter larger than that of the sliding portion. The movable rod is movable between an engaging position where the positioning end contacts a wall defining one of the first and second shoulder portions, and a disengaging position where the positioning end is disengaged from the one of the first and second shoulder portions.
Fastener driving tool
A fastener driving tool is provided which performs driving only when a trigger lever is turned ON following a push lever. The fastener driving tool includes a sleeve valve driving a driver blade, and in the sleeve valve, supply and exhaust of compressed air are controlled by a trigger valve. The trigger valve includes a valve piston movable between an air-supply position where the valve piston causes an opening part and a communication port to communicate with each other and blocks an exhaust port, and an exhaust position where the valve piston blocks the opening part and causes the exhaust port and the communication port to communicate with each other, and a plunger movable between a communication position where the plunger causes compressed air in a pressure accumulation chamber to be supplied to a pressure chamber and a shutoff position where the plunger shuts off communication between the pressure accumulation chamber and the pressure chamber and causes air in the pressure chamber to be exhausted. When a trigger and a push lever are in striking stop positions, the plunger is driven to a communication position by a trigger arm.
Combination Nail Dowel Gun
A combination nail dowel gun for efficient tilt up construction includes a hollow gun body comprising a handle portion and an upper portion. A pneumatic hammer is coupled within the gun body and has a barrel extending through a barrel aperture. A projectile feed belt is disposed within a canister, through a belt feed track, and into a muzzle of a projectile feeder. The projectile feed belt comprises a plurality of projectiles and a projectile alignment matrix. The plurality of projectiles is alternating dowels and nails and is coupled to the projectile alignment matrix. The plurality of projectiles is loaded into the barrel by the belt feed track and is then fired through the barrel by the pneumatic hammer. A trigger is coupled to the bottom side of the upper portion adjacent the handle portion. The trigger is in operational communication with the pneumatic hammer to fire the plurality of projectiles.
COMPRESSED AIR NAILER WITH SAFETY ACTUATOR
A compressed air nailer comprises a driving tappet connected to a compressed air supply and configured to drive in a fastener. A triggering apparatus is configured to trigger a driving process and a working piston is coupled to a driving tappet. A safety actuator is configured to be displaced between a locked position and an open position, wherein when in the locked position, the safety actuator is configured to inhibit the triggering of the driving process when an actuation of the triggering apparatus occurs. The compressed air nailer further comprises a throttle and a safety control chamber configured to be aerated and deaerated by the throttle. A counterforce generator is configured to generate a counterforce that acts on the safety actuator and is directed in an opposite direction from the actuating force. The counterforce is linearly dependent on an operating pressure of the compressed air nailer.
Nail gun and a driving device thereof
A nail gun includes a muzzle device, a cartridge device and a driving device. The muzzle device includes a safety member having an abutment end retractable when pushed. The cartridge device includes a stop member for blocking the drive stroke when a number of the nails is less than a predetermined number. The driving device includes a linking member co-movable with the safety member, and a trigger unit including a pivotable trigger, an inner arm co-movable with the trigger, and a switch member. When the switch member is at a sequential striking position and when the trigger is pivoted before a rearward movement of the linking member, the inner arm is withdrawn from a route of the rearward movement to avoid actuation of the drive stroke.
Fastener driving machine
A fastener driving machine includes an actuator which injects a fastener to a driving target object, a controller which controls an operation of the actuator, and a sensor which detects a physical quantity changed by a contact with the driving target object. The controller controls the actuator based on the physical quantity detected by the sensor.
DRIVING TOOL FOR DRIVING FASTENING MEANS INTO A WORKPIECE
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a combustion-powered The invention relates to a driving tool for driving fastening means, in particular nails or staples, into a workpiece, an actuator unit being provided, by means of which the fastening means can be driven into the workpiece in driving-in cycles, a triggering assembly being provided, by means of which the driving-in cycles of the actuator unit can be triggered, the triggering assembly having a trigger lever, which can be actuated manually, and a workpiece contact element, which can be actuated by placing the driving tool onto the workpiece, the driving tool being able to operate in a single shot mode, in which each individual sequence of an actuation of the workpiece contact element with subsequent actuation of the trigger lever triggers a driving-in cycle, the driving tool being able to operate in a bump firing mode, in which, with the trigger lever continuously actuated, each individual actuation of the workpiece contact element triggers a driving-in cycle, a resetting assembly being provided, which can be activated in the bump firing mode and, after a delay time starting from the activation, has the effect of transferring the driving tool from the bump firing mode into the single shot mode. It is proposed that the resetting assembly is coupled to the actuator unit in such a way that, in the bump firing mode, a driving-in cycle activates the resetting assembly.
PNEUMATIC NAILER WITH A SAFETY DEVICE
