Pneumatic nail gun capable of striking nails in automatic mode
A pneumatic nail gun operated in automatic actuation mode includes a gun body, a trigger valve, and a shuttle valve. The gun body defines therein a main chamber and is provided with a forward air conduit and a return air conduit. The forward air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the main chamber to force a valve stem of the shuttle valve to conduct a forward movement for a drive stroke. The return air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the cylinder to force the valve stem to conduct a return movement after the nail gun has completed the drive stroke. By depressing an actuating bar of the trigger valve a single time, the valve stem can be forced to conduct repeated forward and return movements, and thus the nail gun can conduct repeated drive strokes for stably striking a nail.
DRIVING TOOL
A driving tool including a first mode wherein a mechanical starting control is performed, and a second mode wherein an electrical starting control is performed, where these modes are configured to be switchable. Only in the second mode, if the elapsed time between the on-operation of a trigger and an on-operation of a contact arm does not exceed a reference time T.sub.0, then a second actuation portion can be turned to an on-position to perform a driving operation. In the first mode, in contrast to the electric control, without consuming battery power, the driving operation can be performed by the mechanical control that is made by an operational order of the trigger and subsequently the contact arm. Because of this configuration, even if power supply is shut off, the driving operation by the first mode can be continued.
POWERED FASTENER DRIVER
A powered fastener driver including a piston movable within an inner cylinder from a top-dead-center (TDC) position to a driven or bottom-dead-center (BDC) position. The piston has a reduced stroke length between the TDC position and the BDC position.
Trigger Assembly for a Pneumatic Tool
A trigger assembly for a pneumatic tool includes a trigger unit, a lever member and a switch unit. The pneumatic tool includes a casing, a valve rod movably mounted to the casing, and a safety member movably mounted to the casing. The trigger unit includes a trigger pivotable between a released position and a depressed position. The lever member is pivoted to the safety member. The switch unit includes a latch member pivotable relative to the trigger, and a switch member rotatable between a sequential firing position where the switch member is separated from the path of movement of the latch member, and a repetitive firing position where the switch member is disposed on the path of movement of the latch member.
Feed Piston Pressure Tube
A pneumatic fastening device which uses compressed air from an internal reservoir to momentarily move a feed piston in a direction away from a drive channel when a trigger is actuated and a fastener is driven into a workpiece. The compressed air can flow from the reservoir to a return chamber by flowing through a passageway to pressurize the return chamber and move the feed piston away from the drive channel. The passageway can be a feed piston pressure tube which received compressed air from the reservoir, passes through one or more bulkheads that separate different chambers of the pneumatic fastening device and has an outlet in the return chamber.
DRIVING MACHINE
The disclosure discloses a driving machine includes a trigger, a first switch turned on or off by an operation of the trigger, a push lever that moves in response to an operation of pressing an ejection port of a fastener against a driven material, and a second switch turned on or off by movement of the push lever. The driving machine drives the fastener when the first switch and the second switch are both in the ON state. The trigger includes a switching mechanism to switch between a single-shot driving mode and a continuous-shot driving mode.
Air source controlling device for a pneumatic nail-gun
An air source controlling device for a pneumatic nail-gun includes a body, a choke valve and a switch. The body includes a controlling chamber for connecting a compressed air source, an air passage for communicating the controlling chamber and the pneumatic nail-gun, a switch channel communicating the air passage and an accommodation space, and an air vent hole communicating the accommodation space and an external environment. The choke valve is disposed in the controlling chamber and is switchable between a communicating status and a non-communicating status for controlling the opening or closing between the controlling chamber and the air passage. The switch includes an actuating member slidably disposed in the switch channel and the accommodation space without covering the air vent hole. A sealing member is disposed on the actuating member and is sealed with the switch channel. The actuating member activates the choke valve.
FASTENER-DRIVING TOOL INCLUDING A REVERSION TRIGGER
A fastener-driving tool includes a housing and a workpiece-contacting element movable between a rest position and an activated position. The tool also includes a trigger connected to the housing and movable between a rest position and an activated position, a control valve including an actuating pin, an actuation lever movably connected to the trigger and movable between a rest position and an actuating position adjacent to the actuating pin, and a trigger control mechanism associated with the actuation lever and configured for moving and holding the actuation lever in the actuating position. In a powered mode, the trigger control mechanism causes the-actuation lever to move and remain in the actuating position such that the tool is actuated each time the workpiece-contacting element contacts a workpiece and moves to the activated position causing the actuation lever to contact the actuating pin and initiate an actuation of the tool.
FASTENER DRIVING MACHINE
A fastener driving machine includes an actuator which injects a fastener to a driving target object, a controller which controls an operation of the actuator, and a sensor which detects a physical quantity changed by a contact with the driving target object. The controller controls the actuator based on the physical quantity detected by the sensor.
Compressed air nail gun with a safety device
The invention relates to a pneumatic nailer having a working piston and a common actuation that is configured to trigger a drive-in process which has a control volume and which is designed to automatically undertake a safety measure when a pressure threshold in the control volume is exceeded or not met. The control volume is ventilated or vented via a throttle such that a delay time, after the expiration of which the pressure threshold is exceeded or not met, is specified by a volume of the control volume and an opening cross-section of the throttle. The control volume has a volume in the range from 0.5 ml to 20 ml and the throttle is a bore having a diameter in the range from 30 m to 200 m.
