Staple cartridges for forming staples having differing formed staple heights
A staple cartridge for use with a stapling device that has an actuator that is selectively actuatable in an axial direction and an anvil portion that is selectively movable between open and closed positions is disclosed. Various embodiments of the present invention include a cartridge body that movably supports first and second staple drivers. The staple drivers each support a staple thereon and serve to drive the staples into forming contact with the anvil upon actuation by the actuator. The various embodiments of the present invention enable the final formed heights of the staples to be varied without the need to use different sizes of staples.
STAPLE CARTRIDGES FOR FORMING STAPLES HAVING DIFFERING FORMED STAPLE HEIGHTS

STAPLER WITH MOVEABLE STRIKE PLATE AND INTEGRATED ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
A stapler including a moveable strike plate and accessibility features is described. A slidable strike plate is moveable from a first staple forming position to a second staple forming position to form different staple shapes. The slidable strike plate is moved relative to the anvil of the stapler with a single hand to change positions. A rotatable strike plate is turned with a single hand to move between staple forming positions by rotating an outer dial of the rotatable strike plate relative to the anvil of the stapler. The stapler includes an indicator window that shows if the stapler is empty or running low on staples and a quick release staple loading magazine that is operable using a single hand.
Stapler
A stapler includes a main body, a magazine, a striker, and a driving portion. The main body encloses a receiving space and has an opening at the bottom of the front end thereof. The opening communicates with the receiving space. The magazine is arranged in the main body for receiving staples. The striker is arranged at the front end of the main body and is linearly slidable above the opening vertically. The driving portion is disposed on the main body and is connected to the striker to drive it to move downward to strike the staple out. The striker has a bottom face oriented frontward and downward so that an angle ranged from 3-15 degrees is defined between the bottom face and the horizontal plane.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a main handle configured to accommodate a staple; a staple driver supported by the main handle and configured to drive the staple; and a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle and including a clincher, the clincher being configured to clinch the staple driven by the staple driver. The staple driver includes: a driving portion that extends in a direction away from the main handle and is configured to drive the staple toward the clincher, and an attachment portion with which the driving portion is attached to the main handle, and the attachment portion extends in a longitudinal direction of the main handle from a side edge of the driving portion.
CLINCH FASTENER SYSTEM
A clinch fastener mechanism including a pivoting base configured to be pivotally connected to a pneumatic fastener tool. The clinch fastener mechanism further includes a clinch arm pivotally connected to the pivoting base at a proximal end of the clinch arm; and a clinch plate disposed on a distal end of the clinch arm, wherein tool operates within three pressure zones. The system may also include a two-valve system which works by moving pressure throughout three specific zones. The first pressure zone has pressure introduced to it by the user attaching the tool to a pressure delivery source, such as a compressor, or other source. The second pressure zone may be used to operate the clinch arm or a safety mechanism. Mechanical safeties may be configured to prevent accidental or double firing of the tool.
Nail blocking member for nail gun
A nail blocking member for a nail gun. The nail gun includes a firing portion for firing a nail. When an object is pressed upon the nail blocking member by the firing portion, the nail is fired by the firing portion to enter the object. The nail blocking member includes a main body having a contact face, with a formation groove concavely disposed on the contact face, and a guiding block protruding from the formation groove. An object is pressed upon the contact face by the firing portion, and a nail is fired by the firing portion to enter the object to hit the guiding block, such that the nail is guided by the guiding block to move toward the formation groove, so as to be bent along the formation groove and reversely folded back into the object.
