20250073877 · 2025-03-06 ·

An optimized nail gun firing structure, which includes a magazine, a guide plate connected to the top of the magazine, a striking pin guided for linear reciprocating motion by the guide plate, and a cover assembly connected to the guide plate. The magazine comprises a fixed plate, a movable plate, and a magazine seat rigidly connected to the bottom of the movable plate. A hook lock assembly forms a connection between the fixed plate and the magazine seat. Inside the magazine, a push plate is disposed, and a compression spring is configured between the push plate and the magazine seat, continuously pushing nails towards the guide plate. The guide plate comprises a separable first guide plate and a second guide plate. The first guide plate is connected to the fixed plate via fasteners, and the second guide plate is connected to the movable plate via fasteners.

Electrically-mechanically operated tool for driving fasteners

A tool includes a mechanical energy storage such as a helical spring, and an ejecting device to be linearly moved between a clamping position and an ejecting position. The ejecting device has a driver element and a shooting device, and an electric motor and a spindle drive driven by the electric motor converts a rotational movement of the electric motor into a linear movement of the ejecting device. A control device controls the rotation of the electric motor, and the ejecting device can move toward the clamping position by rotation of the spindle drive in a first direction of rotation. A locking device can lock the shooting device in the clamping position, and the shooting device can be released and moved toward the ejecting position by actuating the locking device. The driver element can be moved toward the ejecting position by rotating the spindle drive in a second direction.

Driving tool

A driving tool comprises a tool main body that includes a driver for driving a U-shaped staple, and a main magazine for housing a plurality of staples that extends from the tool main body. The driving tool also comprises a sub-magazine to which a pusher and a staple guide are attachable. The pusher pushes the staples in the main magazine toward the tool main body. The staple guide is inserted between a pair of legs of the staple in the main magazine. The driving tool also comprises a guide mechanism for guiding the sub-magazine toward the tool main body from an opening position to a closing position with respect to the main magazine. The guide mechanism also guides the sub-magazine in a direction opposite to a driving direction while the sub-magazine moves from the opening position to the closing position.

Power tool

A tool is provided for applying fasteners to a workpiece. The tool has a housing with a nosepiece, a motor, a drive actuator, a magazine assembly that holds fasteners, and a feed assembly with a feed actuator configured to move a lead fastener into the nosepiece. A driver in the housing is driven by a drive system that is associated with the driver actuator. A controller is connected to the feed actuator and the drive actuator to implement a firing sequence for driving each lead fastener into the workpiece using the driver and feeding the lead fastener into the nosepiece assembly. The actuators may be in the form of solenoids. The controller is designed to energize and deenergize the motor selectively while the drive actuator and feed actuator are activated.

Staple gun

The present disclosure relates to a staple gun. The staple gun includes a staple gun shell with a fixed handle and a movable handle, and provided with a staple storage mechanism with a staple outlet. The staple gun shell is internally and slidably provided with a staple striking assembly through an elastic sliding mechanism. A pry bar type linkage reset mechanism, arranged between the movable handle and the staple striking assembly, is capable of driving one end of the staple striking assembly to get away from the staple outlet when the movable handle moves toward the fixed handle under an external force, or when the external force disappears, the pry bar type linkage reset mechanism is capable of making the movable handle move far away from the fixed handle, and one end of the staple striking assembly slides into the staple outlet under the action of the elastic sliding mechanism.

POWER TOOL

A method of operating a tool is provided for applying fasteners to a workpiece. The method includes energizing a motor to operate the flywheel; applying a first electric pulse to a driver actuator to transitionally drive a driver actuator along a drive axis to drive a lead fastener into a workpiece; energizing the motor for at least a portion of a time following the first electric pulse and prior to a second electric pulse; applying a second electric pulse to a feed actuator to present a subsequent lead fastener into a nosepiece assembly; deenergizing the motor or reducing a supply of electrical energy to the motor for at least a portion of a time during the second electric pulse; and reenergizing the motor after the second electric pulse.
