CLAMPING JAW ASSEMBLY AND DRILL CHUCK
The present disclosure provides a clamping jaw assembly and a drill chuck, which solve technical problems of complex structure, small clamping range, poor clamping effect, and high cost of the existing clamping jaw assembly. The clamping jaw assembly includes a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw, both of which include a screwing section, an outer surface of each screwing section is arranged with a thread, a top end of each screwing section is arranged with a clamping section, the screwing section is fixedly connected with corresponding damping section. An inner side of the clamping section of the first clamping jaw includes a first clamping part, and an inner side of the clamping section of the second clamping jaw includes a second clamping part matched with the first clamping part. The present disclosure can be widely used in fields of electric tools, machine tool accessories and medical equipment, etc.
Bit retention assembly for rotary hammer
A bit retention assembly, for securing a tool bit to a spindle of a rotary hammer, includes a plurality of detent members movable in unison from a locking position to an insertion position in response to insertion of the tool bit within the spindle, a biasing member configured to bias the detent members toward the locking position, and a collar movable along the spindle between a first axial position and a second axial position. The collar has an annular wall at least partially defining a pocket. A first end of the biasing member is received within the pocket when the detent members are in the locking position such that the first end of the biasing member is radially constrained by the annular wall.
POWER TOOL TO TOOL BIT EXTENSION ADAPTER
An extension adapter includes a body, a collar, and a gasket. The body includes a front portion, a rear portion, and a flange separating the front portion from the rear portion. The front portion has a larger diameter than the rear portion. The body also includes an inner surface that defines a bore configured to receive a tool bit. The collar is moveable along the rear portion of the body between an unlocked position in which the tool bit is removable from the bore and a locked position in which the tool bit is secured to the body. The gasket is coupled to the rear portion of the body and abutting the flange. The gasket is compressed between the flange and the collar when the collar is in the locked position to block dust and debris from entering the bore.
Bit retention assembly for rotary hammer
A rotary hammer includes a motor, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor, a piston at least partially received within the spindle for reciprocation therein, and an anvil received within the spindle for reciprocation in response to reciprocation of the piston. The anvil imparts axial impacts to a tool bit in response to reciprocation of the piston. The rotary hammer also includes a bit retention assembly for securing the tool bit to the spindle.
DRILLING TOOL AND USE IN A SCREW-DRIVING OPERATION
A drilling tool configured to operate in two drilling modes, respectively with and without hammer action, said tool comprising a front end equipped with a rotating part for mounting a drill bit by way of an SDS-type push-fitting, characterized in that said rotating part comprises mechanism for the removable attachment to a first longitudinal end of a tubular extension, this tubular extension being configured to extend along and around a drill bit mounted in the rotating part and comprising a second longitudinal end configured to bear at least one screw-driving element, such that the tool can be used for a screw-driving operation even when it is equipped with the drill bit.
POWER TOOL TO TOOL BIT EXTENSION ADAPTER
An extension adapter includes a body having a bore. The bore is configured to receive a tool bit. The extension adapter includes a retaining member received within an aperture of the body and a biasing member coupled to the body. The biasing member includes a protrusion received within the aperture to bias the retaining member into a first position in which a portion of the retaining member extends into the bore. The extension adapter includes a collar moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The unlocked position is configured to allow the tool bit to be removed from the bore. While the collar is maintained in the locked position, the body is configured to slidably receive the tool bit such that the portion of the retaining member is received in a groove of the tool bit to secure the tool bit to the body.
APPARATUS FOR LIMITING EQUIPMENT BURDEN WHEN PENETRATING A MIXED OR COMPOSITE MATERIAL STRUCTURE INCLUDING METAL UTILIZING A HAMMER-DRILL
A method employing an apparatus in conjunction with a hammer-drill to penetrate composite metal and non-metal structure or structures including, for example, thick metal or rebar encountered during concrete, rock or masonry boring operations without requiring a change in drill equipment.
Rotary Hammer Drill Adapter
A rotary hammer drill adapter. The rotary hammer drill adapter includes an elongated body having a shank end and a bit end. The bit end is disposed on an opposing end of the elongated body relative to the shank end. The shank end has a plurality of grooves disposed on opposing sides of the elongated body and a plurality of sliding keyways disposed on opposing sides of the elongated body. Each of the plurality of sliding keyways is disposed between a pair of the plurality of grooves. The bit end further includes an interface which is adapted to receive complementary bits.
Tool attachment for a handheld power tool
In a tool attachment for a handheld power tool, which includes a tool housing having a fastening interface, having an attachment housing, on which a locking unit, for locking the tool attachment on the fastening interface of the handheld power tool, and a tool receptacle for accommodating an insert tool are situated, a percussion mechanism is situated in the attachment housing, which is configured to apply percussions carried out in the axial direction in relation to the tool receptacle to an insert tool, which is situated in the tool receptacle, during percussion operation of the tool attachment, the tool receptacle being fixed in position in the attachment housing in a non-rotating way at least during percussion operation.
Method and apparatus for limiting equipment burden when penetrating a mixed or composite material structure including metal utilizing a hammer-drill
A method employing an apparatus in conjunction with a hammer-drill to penetrate composite metal and non-metal structure or structures including, for example, thick metal or rebar encountered during concrete, rock or masonry boring operations without requiring a change in drill equipment.
