Tool holder connection system

A tool holder system with first and second spindles, a locking ring slideably mounted on the first spindle, a first biasing mechanism biasing the locking ring towards an indentation position where the locking ring surrounds an indentation on the first spindle, and a moveable locking element mounted on the second spindle, the locking element being engageable to the indentation. The first spindle can be unlocked from the second spindle by sliding the locking ring away from the indentation position against the biasing force of the biasing mechanism and towards the second spindle. Such action moves the locking element to disengage from the indentation.

CHISEL HAMMER

A power tool adapted to impart axial impacts to a tool bit includes a housing having a motor housing portion and a handle portion extending transversely from the motor housing portion, an electric motor supported in the motor housing portion and defining a motor axis, a non-rotatable barrel extending from the motor housing portion and defining a barrel axis parallel to the motor axis, a reciprocation drive assembly coupled to the electric motor and configured to convert torque from the electric motor to reciprocating motion of a piston received within the barrel for reciprocation therein along the barrel axis, a striker received within the barrel for reciprocation in response to the reciprocation of the piston, and an anvil at least partially received within the barrel and positioned between the striker and tool bit.

The anvil communicates axial impacts to the tool bit in response to reciprocation of the striker.

Drilling tool and use in a screw-driving operation

A drilling tool configured to operate in two drilling modes, respectively with and without hammer action, said tool comprising a front end equipped with a rotating part for mounting a drill bit by way of an SDS-type push-fitting, characterized in that said rotating part comprises a mechanism for the removable attachment to a first longitudinal end of a tubular extension, this tubular extension being configured to extend along and around a drill bit mounted in the rotating part and comprising a second longitudinal end configured to bear at least one screw-driving element, such that the tool can be used for a screw-driving operation even when it is equipped with the drill bit.

The tubular tool holder includes at least one recess in which the locking element in the locking position is located, at least portionally. The stop sleeve has, on its inner circumference, at least one contact surface that is matched to an outer contour of the locking element such that a first surface contact between the at least one contact surface and the locking element is established in the locking position.

Tool receptacle

A tool receptacle is disclosed. The tool receptacle has a receiving sleeve which has a prismatic or cylindrical cavity for receiving a tool and an elongated hole for receiving a locking body. The elongated hole has a closed edge formed of two opposing longitudinal sides at a constant distance and two end sides completing the elongated hole. An extension along the working axis of at least one of the end sides is less than half of the constant distance of the opposing longitudinal sides. A groove running parallel to the working axis is provided on an inner surface of the receptacle sleeve. The groove is disposed in an extending manner at the elongated hole on the inner surface along the working axis.
