ELECTRIC WORKING MACHINE, AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING LOAD-IMPOSED STATE OF ELECTRIC WORKING MACHINE
An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes a motor; an acceleration sensor; a load-determiner; a filter part having a cutoff frequency; and a filter-property setting part. The filter part removes an unwanted signal component from a detection signal from the acceleration sensor based on the cutoff frequency and inputs, to the load-determiner, the detection signal with the unwanted signal component removed. The filter-property setting part changes the cutoff frequency of the filter part such that a cutoff frequency in a high-speed rotation mode is higher than a cutoff frequency in a low-speed rotation mode.
Hand-Held Power Tool Having at Least One Machine-Side Contact Element
A hand-held power tool, in particular an angle grinder, includes a gearing housing part and an accessory equipment. The gearing housing part includes at least one machine-side contact element. The accessory equipment includes at least one accessory equipment-side contact element. In the mounted state of the accessory on the hand-held power tool, the at least one machine-side contact element comes into contact with the at least one accessory-side contact element.
Fastener installation tool adaptor
A dual positionable adaptor for a fastener driver assembly employs a guide assembly mounted to a guide head which has an entry surface for a fastener. The arms each define a pair of reference engagement edges which engage either an upper horizontal member or a lower horizontal member and together with the entry surface defines a proper entry location and angle for connecting a vertical stud to either an upper plate or a lower plate. In one embodiment, the dual positionable adaptor may employ a pair of pivoting arms which defines one of two pivot positions for a guide assembly. Arms of the guide assembly each have a first reference engagement edge and a second reference engagement edge. In a first guide position, the adaptor provides an optimal position and entry angle for connecting a top plate to a lateral blocking. In a second position, the adaptor provides an optimal position and entry angle for driving a fastener through a lower plate into a lateral blocking.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a motor, an output shaft and a gearbox assembly. The output shaft outputs torque when driven by the motor to rotate around a first axis. The gearbox assembly transmits power between the motor and the output shaft. The gearbox assembly includes a first case and a second case. The first case and the second case are configured to be coupled to each other to form an accommodating cavity. The gearbox assembly further includes a ring gear, a planet gear, a sun gear, and a front ring gear. The ring gear is rotatably disposed in the accommodating cavity. The planet gear is engaged with the ring gear. The sun gear is engaged with the planet gear.
Fastener for Installation Tool for Roof Truss Framing and Construction System
An installation tool fastener is particularly adapted for fastening a top plate to a roof support member and other structural connections and is particularly adapted for use with an installation tool. The installation tool fastener has a head with a maximum head diameter and a recess for coupling with a drive coupler. The shank of the head has an unthreaded portion and a uniform thread which has a major diameter approximately equal to the maximum diameter of the head. The head preferably has a slight taper. The thread preferably has a 7.5 thread per inch pitch and a thread angle from approximately 25 to 45. In one embodiment for a 6 inch fastener, the thread length is approximately 5 inches and extends along the tapered distal tip.
Auxiliary handle
An auxiliary handle is disclosed. The auxiliary handle has a frame-shaped grip which has a grip bar for gripping by a user, a crossbar, and two flanks connecting the grip bar to the crossbar. A loop-shaped clamping element is fastened to the crossbar for placing on a neck of a handheld machine tool. A clamping mechanism serves for clamping the element about the neck of the handheld machine tool. The frame-shaped grip has a frame-shaped base body molded from a first plastic, which has a solid body joint in each of the regions of the flanks. A casing made from a second plastic encloses the fame-shaped base body in the region of the grip bar and the solid body joints.
Filter Device for an Extractor Device
A filter device for an extractor device includes at least one connecting unit configured to connect to at least one filter element. The filter device also includes an oscillating unit with at least one exciter element that generates oscillations which act on the filter element at least for cleaning of the filter element. The oscillations generated by the exciter element are configured to have a frequency greater than or equal to 1 kHz.
Tool attachment for cutting heavy duty substrate
A cutting tool attachment for a power tool is freely rotatable about an end of the power tool. A fence provides a complementary flat surface area for the cutting tool attachment to rest against a surface of the material to be cut. The fence prevents free rotation of the cutting tool attachment while in use. A handle allows a user to guide the attachment along the surface of the material, while also providing leverage to keep the attachment against the material surface close to the attachment, but at a safe position to reduce the chance of injury. A user can rotate the power tool relative to the cutting attachment to achieve a comfortable position or to help turn the attachment and power tool. The power tool is therefore positionable along a 360 arc of movement relative to the attachment while the attachment is positioned along the surface of a material.
Hand-Held Power Tool Having at Least One Machine-Side Contact Element
A hand-held power tool includes a gearing housing part and accessory equipment. The gearing housing part has at least one machine-side contact element. The accessory equipment has at least one accessory-equipment-side contact element. The machine-side contact element and the accessory-equipment-side contact element can be releasably connected to each other.
Electric power tool and auxiliary handle
A power tool receives a reaction force with an auxiliary handle attached to the power tool. An auxiliary handle attachable to a power tool includes a first arm, a second arm that fastens, together with the first arm, at least a part of the power tool located between the first arm and the second arm, a handle, a grip sensor that detects the handle being gripped with the first arm and the second arm fastening at least the part of the power tool in between, and a signal output unit that outputs, to the power tool, a grip signal indicating that the handle is gripped based on a detection signal from the grip sensor.
