HAND TOOL WITH ROTARY HANDLE
A hand tool includes a first and a second handles, a rotating locking set, a fastening set, and a spring. The first and second handles include chamfered planes respectively. The rotating locking set includes a rotating block and a locking block. The fastening set includes a stud and a nut. The spring is mounted around the stud and elastically abuts against the rotating block. The first handle or the second handle drives the rotating block to disengage from the locking block when being pulled by an external force. The first handle and the rotating block rotate with respect to the second handle by the stud as the center point. The rotating block and the locking block are locked with each other after rotating a specific angle, so as to position the first handle and the second handle.
Hand tool having a head which is position-adjustable and lockable relative to a handle
A hand tool includes a head and a handle. The head is pivotally mounted to the handle, permitting the position of the head to be changed relative to the handle. In addition, the tool includes a primary locking mechanism and a secondary locking mechanism. The primarily locking mechanism primarily fixes the head relative to the handle in a particular position. The secondary locking mechanism can be used to further lock the head and handle. The locking mechanisms are actuated by movement of a sleeve which is located on the handle.
Jointed Wrench
The present invention relates to a jointed wrench. A multi-directional knuckle in a midsection or handle of the wrench allows for multiple angles created in the handle of the wrench. This allows a user to manipulate a ratcheting portion of the wrench into otherwise inconvenient spaces, such as an interior of an automobile engine compartment.
In another aspect of the present invention, a locking ring is paired with a fine tooth wheel within a ratchet, and the locking ring couples with locking detented sockets or adaptors.
BASIN WRENCH
A multi-purpose hand tool system is described. The tool system includes a handle and one or more inserts that are releasably engaged with the handle. The tool system is useful for a variety of applications including use with basin and faucet hardware.
Bolt cutter
A cutter including a cutting head and an adjustable handle pivotally coupled to the cutting head. The adjustable handle includes a first adjustment assembly to change a length the adjustable handle extends from the cutting head. The adjustable handle also includes a second adjustment assembly to change the position of the adjustable handle with respect to the cutting head.
TORQUE WRENCH
A torque wrench comprising a head portion having a socket drive for engaging a fastener to be tightened via a suitable socket and a handle portion having a grip for applying force to the drive via a releasable holding mechanism, wherein the releasable holding mechanism is adapted to allow the head portion to pivot with respect to the handle portion when the torque wrench is used to applied to predetermined torque to the socket drive, wherein the torque wrench further comprises at least one electronic sensor for measuring the torque applied to the socket drive and display means for displaying the measured torque.
Cooking Tool Kit and Improvements
A kit has a handle with first and second handle portions asymmetrically disposed above a pivot. The pivot may be collinear with the first handle portion and connected by an offset leg to the second handle portion. Various instrument arms connected to instrument heads are preferably provided as a kit with the handle. The arms may be sectionally disposed or integral with instrument heads selected from the group of forks, such as meat forks, pasta forks, etc, grippers, spatulas, etc.
ROTATING HANDLE AND RELATED METHODS
Rotatable handles and related methods are disclosed herein. In one form, the handle has a clip member that fits around a cylindrical object and a handle. The clip member includes a track that guides rotation of the handle about a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical object. The handle includes an actuator that operates a braking member which comprises a braking surface that is movable into and out of contact with the track. When the braking surface is out of contact the track, the handle is movable relative to the track when permitting the handle to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical object. Rotating the handle about the longitudinal axis of the handle operates the actuator, causing the braking surface to move into and out of contact with the track. Various methods are also disclosed herein with respect to the rotatable handle.
Quick-Release Structure Capable of Storing Rotating Handle
A quick-release structure includes a shaft and a driving assembly. Two ends of the shaft have a receiving hole and a connecting hole, respectively. The driving assembly includes a rotating handle and a connecting rod. One end of the rotating handle is provided with an end cap. The connecting rod includes a pivoting end and a driving section. The rotating handle is pivotally connected to the pivoting end of the connecting rod so that the rotating handle can be pivoted relative to one side of the connecting rod. When in use, the driving section is engaged in the connecting hole, and the rotating handle can be turned to drive the shaft to rotate; when not in use, the driving assembly is inserted into the receiving hole, and the end cap is pressed against an outer end of the receiving hole to be positioned.
Tool system
A multi-purpose hand tool system is described. The tool system includes a handle and one or more inserts that are releasably engaged with the handle. The tool system is useful for a variety of applications including use with basin and faucet hardware.
