INSULATING RATCHET DRIVER WITH PIVOTING HEAD
An insulating ratchet driver with pivoting head has: a handle, a spring, a pressing knob, a driving head and a pivoting member. The pivoting member is provided with a cover made of an insulating material. All metal portions of the handle, the pressing knob and the driving head are coated with an insulating layer.
ELECTRICALLY ISOLATED FASTENER DRIVING DEVICE
An electrically isolated socket may include a drive body, a driven body, and a body portion. The driven body may be made of first metallic material and having a driven end configured to receive a fastener. The drive body may be made of a second metallic material and having a drive end configured to receive a protrusion of a driving tool. The body portion may over-mold substantially all portions of the drive body and the driven body other than the drive end and the driven end, respectively. The drive end of the drive body and the driven end of the driven body may face away from each other, and the drive body and driven body each include axial grooves. The axial grooves of the drive body each extend substantially perpendicular to an annular groove formed in the drive body from the annular groove formed in the drive body to the drive end, and the axial grooves of the driven body each extend substantially perpendicularly to an annular groove formed in the driven body from the annular groove formed in the driven body to the driven end.
MULTI-PURPOSE ELECTRICAL TOOL
A multi-purpose electrical tool is described herein for electrical wiring manipulations. The multi-purpose electrical tool combines the functions of several different tools, for example gripping, bending, cutting, stripping, and curling, and the like, into a single tool. The multi-purpose electrical tool comprises two body members attached at a pivot point and two jaws portions. The jaw portions move open and closed when the body members are opened and closed, facilitating cutting functions. The jaw portions also allow for wire curling. One of the body members includes a slot for inserting a screwdriver into the slide for its immediate use.
Hand tool
A hand tool includes a first driving element, a second driving element and at least one connecting element. The first driving element includes a first driving portion and a first staggered portion. The first driving portion is connected to the first staggered portion integrally. The second driving element does not contact the first driving element and includes a second driving portion and a second staggered portion. The second driving portion is connected to the second staggered portion integrally. The connecting element connects the first staggered portion and the second staggered portion, wherein the connecting element is made of insulating material.
High Voltage Insulating Electric Tool
The present invention discloses a high voltage insulating electric tool, comprising insulating handles made of plastic material, and insulating fittings made of ceramic material. The insulating fittings are mounted on the insulating handles in a replaceable manner to directly contact a work piece under service condition and prevent electric shock. The present invention adopts handles made of plastic material and cutting edges made of ceramic so that the entire product cannot bear a risk of breakdown by current in an environment of high voltage. The ceramic cutting edges made of ceramic are replaceable, thereby avoiding the circumstance that the entire metallic electric tool has to be scrapped due to burst, blunting or large clearance of the cutting edges. Further, plastic material and ceramic have desirable chemical stability and strong resistance to acids, alkalis and other chemicals.
Insulating Screwdriver Handle Structure
An insulating screwdriver handle structure may include a handle, a central shaft, an accommodating member, and at least a screwdriver bit. The handle has a working end and an open end, and an insulator embedded within the working end is connected to a driving member, and the driving member protruding from the working end is adapted to connect to the screwdriver bit. The central shaft comprises a fixed end and a locating end. The driving member and the central shaft are separated by the coating of the insulator, so that the driving member and the central shaft have no direct contact to achieve complete insulation during use, making it relatively safe for application in electrical equipment.
SCREWING TOOL HAVING A DIRECTIONALLY REVERSIBLE FREEWHEEL LOCK
A screwing tool has a driving portion, an output portion, and a switching ring of a freewheel lock, the switching ring being disposed axially between the driving portion and the output portion, and the freewheel lock being able to be brought, by rotation of the switching ring in an azimuthal switching direction, into a freewheel position, in which the output portion can be rotated relative to the driving portion in a freewheel direction. In order to enable a quick screwing function by means of the screwing tool, the switching ring can be rotated in the freewheel direction in question without limitation, which is achieved by virtue of the fact that the switching direction corresponds to the freewheel direction.
Screwing tool
A screwing tool includes a head, which has a fixed jaw and a movable jaw and which is fastened to a handle so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis against a restoring force from a small distance position of the two jaws into a large distance position of the two jaws. In order to be able to touch live parts by means of a screwing tool of this type, the handle has an insulating casing and an actuating element is provided, which can be displaced relative with respect to the handle and which, during its displacement, displaces the head from the small distance position into the large distance position.
