A dog waste collection device for holding a disposable bag, with a handle having a proximal end for a user to hold the device and a distal end opposite the proximal end, a loop affixed to the handle at the distal end of the handle by a clamping assembly having a magnet for releasably securing the bag to the collection device while the collection device is used to collect dog waste.

Tool holder

A tool holder comprises a cage assembly having a pair of axially spaced hollow members with axially aligned through openings sized for axial extension of tool handles of different sizes and shapes through both of the aligned openings. A cradle member is transversely movable in opposite directions between the hollow members toward and away from respective inwardly facing wall surfaces of the hollow members for releasably clamping tool handles extending through both aligned openings against the inwardly facing wall surfaces.

An extender has a cradle at the distal end of an extension arm. The handle of a razor is placed in the cradle and held in place by a lash that connects across the spaced edges of the cradle. The length of the cradle avoids rocking of the razor handle about an axis transverse to the longitudinal axis of the cradle.

Wrench extender

A wrench extender useful for extending both the reach and leverage of most double-ended wrenches. The extender includes a flat base with spaced clamping receptacles for receiving and securing a wrench handle, the receptacles selectively closed with clamping means locking the wrench handle in the receptacles with a compressive and/or frictional fit. The wrench is further secured by its inner non-free end in a downwardly-angled neck or relief connecting the wrench-supporting base and an aligned grip. In a first form, the neck is provided with a vertical stud for engaging the inner end of the wrench to prevent longitudinal shifting. In a second form, the neck terminates in a vertical wall adjacent the grip to longitudinally stop the inner end of the wrench.

A file handle has a body, a ferrule, a clamping assembly, and a cap. The body has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The ferrule is assembled at the first assembling end of the body. The clamping assembly is movably mounted in the body and has two clamping portions and a threaded hole. The two clamping portions extend through the ferrule. The two clamping portions are subjected to an elastic force and oppositely separated from each other. The threaded hole is adjacent to the second assembling end of the body. The cap is rotatably assembled at the second assembling end of the body and has a screwing stick screwed in the threaded hole. Because the space between the two clamping portions can be adjusted by turning the cap, a user can clamp a tang of a file blade by the file handle.
