A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. Connecting members for the attachment of implements and handles are provided. The connecting member includes two inter-related flexure members that allow the selective locking and unlocking of the connecting member from an implement. The two flexure members are configured to work in combination so that each flexure member can contribute to a combined optimal biasing force. The combination of the two flexure members allows for the reduction of stress on each flexure member thereby resisting permanent deformation.

A lug wrench apparatus comprising a collet-type assembly whereby the socket clamps to the lug nut in a manner similar to the way a collet clamps a router bit. A tool holder for firmly holding a wide range of sizes and shapes of tool handles includes a holder handle, a cage assembly, a clamp, a locking coupling, and a threaded actuator. The cage assembly includes a pair of axially spaced apart supports having axially aligned through openings sized for receiving tool handles of different sizes and shapes. The clamp is transversely movable between the supports in opposite directions for releasably clamping the tool handle against the supports. The locking coupling is interposed between the holder handle and the cage assembly for selectively adjusting the angular orientation of the cage assembly relative to the holder handle. The threaded actuator is operable to lock or unlock the locking coupling for permitting or restricting adjustment of the angular orientation of the cage assembly relative to the holder handle.

A container door leverage bar with interchangeable tools is disclosed. The device is comprised of a cylindrical, hollow bar with an elliptical head and grip at the rear. The elliptical head is adapted to receive a conventional transport container door handle therein to allow users to easily open and close container doors. A threaded portion at the grip can also receive a plurality of other tools such as pry bars, ratchets, twist locks etc. An object of the invention is to allow a leverage bar to open and close doors as well as top perform a multitude of other tasks associated with container transportation and manual hand leverage.

A container door leverage bar with interchangeable tools is disclosed. The device is comprised of a cylindrical, hollow bar with an elliptical head and grip at the rear. The elliptical head is adapted to receive a conventional transport container door handle therein to allow users to easily open and close container doors.
