Storage Device System
A storage device system includes a storage case having a base and a cover coupled to the base, and a plurality of insertable bins removably positioned within an interior of the base. The plurality of insertable bins includes a first bin having a first height and a set of second bins each having a second height. The set of second bins is configured to be stackable and have a stacked height when stacked. A depth of the interior of the base, the first height, and the stacked height are equal.
Tool storage
Described herein are various coupling systems to be used with storage units that are selectively coupled and decoupled. The coupling systems may be used with storage units that are stackable and/or transportable, thus allowing the storage units to function well within a large stationary environment, such as a basement, and also for a subset of the storage units to be selected and easily moved to another location.
Toolbox
A toolbox is provided, including a main body, a lid and at least on locking assembly. The main body has a first flange and a first frame. The first frame is disposed on the first flange. The cover has a second flange and a second frame. The second frame is disposed on the second flange. At least one tray or drawer is disposed in the main body. The at least one locking assembly has a first locking unit, a second locking unit, first positioning members and second positioning members. The first locking unit is positioned on the first frame by the first positioning members. The second locking unit is positioned on the second frame by the second positioning members. Each first positioning member is disposed through two side of the first flange. Each second positioning member is disposed through two sides of the second flange.
Coupling Mechanism for a Utility Module
A coupling mechanism for a utility module is provided. The coupling mechanism includes an locking panels that interface with opposing tabs of a modular storage system. The locking panels actuate between a locked position and an unlocked position.
CARRIER HAVING A RIGID CONTAINER AND SLEEVE ORGANIZER
A portable organizer includes a structural member, including a base and a plurality of walls extending up from the base, wherein upper edges of the plurality of walls define an upper opening so that the structural member is open-topped; a sleeve including a sleeve outer layer and a sleeve inner layer joined along a transition edge, wherein the sleeve inner layer includes a sleeve inner wall and a sleeve base, and the sleeve outer layer includes a sleeve outer wall, and the sleeve fits over the plurality of walls; and a frame that fits over the upper edges and the transition edge to secure the sleeve to the structural member.
TOOL BOX
A tool box includes a base and a cover which is mounted to the base so as to form a storage room in the tool box. At least one rack is pivotably connected between two first pivots on two facing inside walls of the base. The first pivots are integrally formed with first ribs which connect the first pivots serially by the first ribs. Each rack includes multiple partitions for accommodating bits and accessories. The at least one rack can be pivoted relative to the base so that the users are easily pick the bits and the accessories. The at least one rack includes an end hole in each of two ends thereof. Each end hole includes multiple grooves located around the end hole. The multiple grooves communicate with the end hole and are engaged with the first ribs. A cover is pivotably mounted to the base.
INTERCHANGEABLE AND INTERCONNECTABLE TOOL ORGANIZING DEVICE
A custom tool accessory to hold a tool, the custom tool accessory including a body, at least one tongue disposed at a first side of the body, at least one tongue receiving groove disposed at a second side of the body opposite from the first side of the body, and a tool holding portion disposed on the body to hold the tool. At least one magnet is attached to the underside of a metallic base plate that is in turn secured to the underside of the body. A retainer surrounds the at least one magnet and also underlies the area of the bottom of the base plate that is not covered by the at least one magnet.
Stacking latch mechanism
A latch mechanism is configured to secure two containers together and includes a housing, a latch, a main body and a primary hook. The latch is rotatably engaged to the housing and movable between a first position, wherein it can secure a second container to the housing, and a second position, wherein it cannot secure a second container to the housing. A stopper is slidably engaged to the latch and includes a locking surface and holding surface. A stopper bias biases the stopper toward an upper position such that when the latch is in its first position, the locking surface and primary hook create a negative space which receives and secures the second container to the housing, and when the latch is in its second position, the holding surface is configured to engage a second container and prevent the latch from rotating back to its first position.
REMOVABLE DIVIDER
A divider assembly including a divider having a divider wall, a first divider attachment structure coupled to a first end of the divider wall, and a second divider attachment structure coupled to a second, opposite end of the divider wall. Each of the first and second divider attachment structures has one of a protrusion configured to be slidably received in a correspondingly-shaped channel, or a channel configured to slidably receive therein a correspondingly-shaped protrusion, to thereby retain the divider in place. The first and second divider attachment structures each have a pair of parallel flanges that closely receive the divider wall therebetween.
