ARTICULATED ACTUATED FINGER WITH SELF-LOCKING JOINTS
An articulated finger. The articulated finger comprises a first phalange; a second phalange; a self-locking joint coupling the first phalange to the second phalange, wherein the self-locking joint is configured to allow motion in a first rotational direction of the first phalange relative to the second phalange and prevent motion in a second rotational direction of the first phalange relative to the second phalange, wherein the first rotational direction is opposite the second rotational direction; and a compliant actuator configured to actuate the first phalange in the first rotational direction relative to the second phalange.
END EFFECTOR, END-EFFECTOR SET, AND CONTROL SYSTEM
An end effector includes a hole plate includes a plurality of holes, a plurality of pins that respectively penetrate the plurality of holes and are hung on the hole plate to be movable upward, and a force applying part that applies an inward force to an outer pin of the plurality of pins.
Article of dishware gripping method with two adjacent teeth
Example systems and methods are described that are capable of gripping objects. In one implementation, a method involves identifying, by a processing system, an object to be gripped at a first location, commanding, by the processing system, a robotic actuator to move a gripper in a first direction so that the gripper makes contact with the object, wherein one or more teeth in a plurality of fingers associated with the gripper mechanically engage the object, and commanding, by the proceeding system, the robotic actuator to move the gripper in a second direction that is substantially opposite to the first direction, causing the gripper to grip the object.
TOTE HANDLING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED HAND AND METHOD OF USING SAME
An integrated hand and method for manipulating items received in a shipping container. The integrated hand is carried by a tote handler and includes a base with a slotted plate, fingers, and flat plates. The fingers are extendable from and slidably movable along slots in the slotted plate. The flat plates are extendable from the base. The fingers and flat plates are selectively extendable about the base to define a grip space shaped to receivingly grip the items whereby the items are secured in position. The method includes receiving items in an original orientation from the shipping container by: selectively extending fingers and plates of an integrated hand to define an item space shaped to support and grippingly receiving the items; and inserting the items into a tote while maintaining the items in the original orientation by selectively rotating the integrated hand and inserting the integrated hand into the tote.
Robotic gripper
The present disclosure relates to a robotic gripper comprising a body and two robotic fingers mounted to the body. Each robotic finger includes a first link, a second link, a third link, a fourth link, a first joint, a second joint and a third joint. The first joint connects the first link and the second link, and the second joint connects the second link and the third link, and the third joint connects the third link and the fourth link. These links and these joints are comprised of elastic material and are formed in one piece.
Robot hand
A robot hand includes three or more holding portions arranged at intervals from each other along a circumferential direction about a predetermined axis, and configured to hold a work piece, and a driving portion configured to move the three or more holding portions toward a closing direction for approaching the axis and toward an opening direction for moving away from the axis, wherein at least one of the holding portions is swingable, about the axis, at a position at which the at least one holding portion is in contact with the work piece.
Automatic Picking Fixture Device
An automatic picking fixture device: a fixture locked with a mechanical arm and includes a coupling orifice, a motor, a rotor, and a gear. The fixture includes four elongated orifices and two movable holders. The two movable holders have four through orifices corresponding to the gear, four passing orifices, and two toothed sections received in the four through orifices and meshing with and driving the gear. The four passing orifices of the fixture is configured to lock with the four pneumatic cylinders or four servo motors, and the four pneumatic cylinders or the four servo motors are configured to push four jaws outward or inward, the four jaws include four symmetrical clamping grooves configured to clamp at least one material. The four racks are fixed on the top of the fixture, and a respective rack has two rollers rolling along a respective elongated orifice.
Multi-gripper system
Methods and apparatus for an end-of-arm tool having multiple robotic grippers, such as two or more grippers, and coordination of motion of the multiple grippers, so as to allow for automated testing and packaging of sealable bags conveyed to an inspection station.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT, APPARATUS FOR TRANSPORTING HEATED WORKPIECE, AND HOT-PRESS MANUFACTURING LINE
A method of manufacturing a press-formed product includes: a heating step; a transportation step; and a pressing step. The transportation step includes: using claws of a pair of first arms to support the lower surface, at both ends, of a first heated workpiece and lift the workpiece; using claws of a pair of second arms to support the lower surface, at both ends, of a second heated workpiece and lift the workpiece; transporting the first heated workpiece with the lower surface supported, at both ends, by the claws of the pair of first arms and the second heated workpiece with the lower surface supported, at both ends, by the claws of the pair of second arms, where the first and second heated workpieces overlap each other in the direction normal to the sheet surfaces; driving the pair of first arms to lower the first heated workpiece to a pressing location on a press machine; and driving the pair of second arms to lower the second heated workpiece to a pressing location on the press machine.
ROBOT HAND
A robot hand includes a motor with a rotary shaft, an accommodating member accommodating a distal end of the rotary shaft, a plurality of swing members swinging with respect to the accommodating member due to rotation of the rotary shaft, and a plurality of claw members swinging with the plurality of swing members.
