SHEARS
A shears that includes a first cutting blade including a first aperture and a second cutting blade including a second aperture, the second cutting blade pivotally coupled to the first cutting blade at a pivot joint. The shears further includes a first handle operable to pivot the first cutting blade about the pivot joint and a second handle operable to pivot the second cutting blade about the pivot joint. The pivot joint includes a bolt that extends through the first aperture and the second aperture. The bolt includes a head, a shank that extends from the head, and a longitudinal axis that extends centrally through the head and the shank along a length of the shank. The head includes a concave outer surface that extends around the longitudinal axis of the bolt.

SWITCH STRUCTURE FOR PLIERS
A switch structure for pliers contains: a first operation part, a second operation part, a first spring, a fastener, and a limitation member. The first operation part is rotatably connected with the second operation part so as to form a first grip, a second grip, a first cutting plier, and a second cutting plier. The first spring is defined between the first grip and the second grip, and the first grip has a notch. The fastener is rotatably connected with the first grip and includes a hook and a coupling extension. The limitation member partially extends out of the notch and movably fits on the coupling segment, and the limitation member includes a wide-diameter section for retaining with the notch and includes a narrow-diameter section for removing the limitation member from the fastener, wherein the second grip has a fixing post configured to retain with the hook.

Cutting tool with blade and handle opening control mechanism
A bypass pruning tool with a manual dial adjustment for varying the degree of blade and handle opening. A rotary drum dial uses a nautilus cam with a shaft cam-follower to provide adjustment of the blade and handle openings in a continuous range. A blade locking mechanism provides position closure of the blades.
Ergonomic Cutting Tool
An ergonomic cutting tool configured to improve convenience and reduce pain and fatigue from repetitive cutting or trimming over an extended period of time. The tool includes a cutting component and a handle component joined to the cutting component, the handle component including a first handle and a second handle. The tool also includes a spring component coupled to the handle component and arranged to bias the handle component to an open position and a flexible member joined to an exterior surface of either of the first handle and the second handle to form a space therebetween, wherein the flexible member is arranged to enable removable retention of one or more of a user's fingers between the flexible member and the handle to which it is joined. An optional flip release section of the handle with the flexible member allows for expansion of the space therebetween.

Metal Snips
Hand tools which have an ergonomic using a palm handle and finger handle designs which achieve mechanical efficiency and ease of use. The ergonomic handle is compatible with the muscle movements of an operator using a hand tool reducing muscle strain and pain. Optionally, the palm and finger handles can have ergonomically designed cushions. In an embodiment, the finger handle can have a finger set which has a forward finger flange, a tail finger flange and a pinky grip. The ergonomic handle can also use a relief washer system to achieve a smooth low frictional resistance cutting stroke.

ELASTIC SWITCHABLE SCISSORS FOR UNPACKING
Elastic switchable scissors for unpacking includes a connecting pin, and a first scissor blade and a second scissor blade. The first scissor blade is provided with a moving hole, and the connecting pin passes through the moving hole and is fixedly connected to the second scissor blade, thereby allowing the first scissor blade to pivot around the connecting pin. An elastic switchable member is positioned in the receiving groove of the first scissor blade, and clamped between the first and second scissor blades, and the elastic part of the elastic switchable member is extended into a projection area of the moving hole and is retractable to block or release the movement of the connecting pin within the moving hole. The scissors have simple structure, easy assembly, and low production cost.
