SHAVING IMPLEMENT
20250214268 · 2025-07-03 ·

A shaving implement for facilitating shaving of facial hair. The shaving implement includes a cutting portion that receives a blade in a blade slot comprised in the cutting portion. The cutting portion is bendable in a shape based on an application of an external force on the cutting portion. The cutting portion retains the shape after a removal of the external force. The cutting portion bends the blade received in the blade slot to conform the blade to the cutting portion, and thereby conforms the blade to a contour of a spot on a user's face. The shaving implement allows the shaving of the facial hair by contactingly and continuously moving the blade which is received in the cutting portion and conformed to the cutting portion, on a skin of the user's face across the spot without operationally engaging the blade with any other blade.

Shaving device

A shaving device comprising a head assembly including a support member having at least one support member magnet and a blade cartridge having at least one face with at least one razor blade and configured to be rotatably coupled to the support member about a pivot axis. The blade cartridge includes at least one blade cartridge magnet having a pole aligned with a pole of the support member magnet to generate a magnetic force that urges the blade cartridge about the pivot axis towards an initial starting position (ISP), wherein the blade cartridge is further configured to rotate about the pivot axis away from the ISP upon application of an external force sufficient to overcome the magnetic force between the support member magnet and the blade cartridge magnet.

Frame member for use with treatment sheet

This invention relates to a novel personal care product having a flat treatment sheet having an upper surface and a perimeter area on the upper surface, a frame member having an underside surface and at least one tab, wherein the frame member is disposed over the perimeter area of the flat treatment sheet and the underside surface of the frame member is coplanar with the upper surface of the flat treatment sheet and the at least one tab extends below the lower surface of the treatment sheet. An upper product end of the personal care product includes a housing having at least one housing window. The at least one tab of the frame member is bent into the housing window. The frame member includes a flat or chamfered upper surface. The flat treatment sheet treats skin, removes hair, or a combination thereof.

HAIR REMOVAL SYSTEM

A shaving assembly with a housing. A first cutting array is mounted to the housing. The first cutting array has a plurality of non-linear cutting edges. A second cutting array is mounted to the housing. The second cutting array has a plurality of non-linear cutting edges. A first lubricating member is positioned around the first cutting array. A second lubricating member is positioned around the second cutting array.

HAIR REMOVAL SYSTEM

A shaving assembly with a housing. A plurality of cutting arrays are mounted to the housing. Each of the cutting arrays has a plurality of non-linear cutting edges defining a shave plane. A plurality of protrusions extend from the housing. The plurality of protrusions are positioned along a perimeter of the housing. The plurality of protrusions are positioned on a plane above the shave plane.

Support structure for a personal care product

This invention relates to a novel of making a personal care product including the steps of providing a treatment sheet comprised of a first material and a first plurality of apertures and joining a support structure to the lower surface of the treatment sheet. The support structure includes a support material, a support sheet, a support ring, or any combination thereof. The support sheet includes a second plurality of apertures. The support sheet is disposed beneath the treatment sheet by aligning the first plurality of apertures and the second plurality of apertures. Fluid support material is solidified such that the treatment sheet and the support sheet are bonded together. The support ring is disposed on a housing (e.g., in a groove) below the support sheet or joined to the treatment sheet via the support material prior to solidifying.
