RAZOR ASSEMBLY
A razor assembly is provided. The razor assembly includes a housing having front and back elongated members wherein each elongated member includes a plurality of panels. The razor assembly further includes at least one blade arranged in between and parallel to the front and back elongated members and at least one blade guard perpendicular and connected to the front and back elongated members with the at least one guard having embedded at least one blade at a predefined distance, and a release bay defined by the area between the back and front elongated members of the housing and the at least one blade.
RAZOR HEAD
A razor head, including a razor head body and a protection cover. The protection cover includes a fixing part and a covering part. The fixing part is arranged between a fixed blade and a blade holder of the razor head body. A head end of the fixing part is provided with the covering part. The covering part is arranged outside the fixed blade and a movable blade. A head end of the covering part is provided with a plurality of through holes to allow the hair to pass through to enter a cutting area between the fixed blade and the movable blade.
SHAVING DEVICE FOR SKIN HAIRS
The invention relates to a shaving device for skin hairs. The device comprises a skin-contacting surface structure (14, 15), a cutter (6) for cutting hairs in a hair-cutting area (16), a shape-changing smart material (7), and a controller for controlling activation of the shape-changing smart material during use of the shaving device. The shape-changing smart material is configured, arranged and effective to adapt the relative position and/or relative orientation between at least part of the skin-contacting surface structure (14) and at least part of the hair-cutting area (16).
RAZOR CARTRIDGE WITH FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A razor cartridge comprising a housing having an elongated skin contacting element having a plurality of tunnels extending there through to facilitate fluid flow to the blades.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE WITH FLUID MANAGEMENT
A razor cartridge comprising a housing having elongated skin contacting elements having a plurality of channels extending there through to facilitate fluid flow.
Shaving Device
A shaving device comprising a head assembly including a support member having at least one support member magnet and a blade cartridge having at least one face with at least one razor blade and configured to be rotatably coupled to the support member about a pivot axis. The blade cartridge includes at least one blade cartridge magnet having a pole aligned with a pole of the support member magnet to generate a magnetic force that urges the blade cartridge about the pivot axis towards an initial starting position (ISP), wherein the blade cartridge is further configured to rotate about the pivot axis away from the ISP upon application of an external force sufficient to overcome the magnetic force between the support member magnet and the blade cartridge magnet.
Lubrication box for a wet shaving implement
According to the present invention, a lubrication box includes a first portion, a shaving aid material, and a second portion. The first portion of the lubrication box has a skin-engaging surface and at least one sidewall that, together, form a cavity. The skin-engaging surface includes at least two holes therethrough. The shaving aid material, which is distributed in the cavity in a series of layers, is ultrasonically compressed into the cavity such that it at least partially fills at least one of the holes in the skin-engaging surface and at least a portion of the cavity. The second portion of the lubrication box is attached to the first portion such that the cavity is substantially closed. A gap exists between in the cavity between the shaving aid and the second portion of the lubrication box to permit the shaving aid material to expand during normal use.
SAFETY RAZOR AND BLADE UNIT FOR SAFETY RAZOR
Embodiments of the invention include a blade unit (10) for a safety razor (8), comprising: a connecting structure (14) configured to fix the blade unit to a handle (16); a blade housing (12) comprising a plurality of blades (18) having respective cutting edges (20) lying in a shaving plane and being arranged to exert a cutting action when moved across a user's skin in a shaving direction; and a rear portion (24) arranged next to the plurality of blades in the shaving direction, comprising a non-flexible concave back portion (26) that arcuately bends away from the shaving plane, and a convex lubricating pad (22) arranged on and being supported by the non-flexible concave back portion and which extends up to a rear edge (28) of the rear portion of the blade unit.
Razor cartridge and razor assembly using the same
At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a razor assembly including at least one shaving blade having a cutting edge, a blade housing, and an aid supplying member. The blade housing is configured to accommodate at least one shaving blade such that a width direction of the blade housing is in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the cutting edge and includes an inlet portion, a discharge portion, and a communication portion configured to communicate the inlet portion to the discharge portion. The aid supplying member is configured to deliver a shaving aid to the inlet portion. The shaving aid that is delivered from the aid supplying member is introduced into the inlet portion, passes through the communication portion, and is discharged from the discharge portion.
SAFETY RAZOR AND BLADE UNIT FOR SAFETY RAZOR
Disclosed is a blade unit for a safety razor, comprising a blade housing comprising a plurality of blades having respective cutting edges lying in a shaving plane and being arranged to exert a cutting action when moved across a user's skin; and a guard in front of the cutting edges and a cap to the rear of the cutting edges, the guard including an elongate lubricating strip, and the cap including a convex lubricating pad having a convex skin-contacting surface and a rear edge curved in a single arc shape along its entirety. A skin-contacting surface of the convex lubricating pad is greater than a skin-contacting surface of the elongate lubricating strip, the convex lubricating pad and the elongate lubricating strip together extend along at least 60% of an outer perimeter of the blade unit, and the convex lubricating pad extends along at least 30% of the outer perimeter of the blade unit.
