SHAVING RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A shaving razor cartridge with a housing having a bottom surface with a pair of guide members. A blade carrier has a first end with a blade platform with a tab extending from the blade platform to a second end. A blade is mounted to the blade platform. The blade platform is mounted to the bottom surface with the tab being unsupported and positioned between the pair of guides members.
Razor cartridge
Disclosed here are shaving razor systems and methods including razor cartridges with a unitary frame having a length and width, a topside and an underside, wherein the unitary frame includes angled joints or bends connecting at least three guards running lengthwise on the unitary frame, the guards separated by at least three gaps in the frame, and at least three blades, affixed to the underside of the guards of the unitary frame, wherein the at least three blades include edges, and wherein the blade edges extend into the gaps in the frame when affixed to the underside of the guards of the unitary frame.
Double-Sided Razor
A double-sided razor is configured with connection mechanisms on opposite sides to engage with attachable and replaceable razor blades. In typical implementations, the razor may have a short side and a long side that respectively engage with relatively shorter and longer-sized razor blades. Users can use different-sized razor blades for different shaving scenarios. For example, the longer-sized razor blade may be used to shave the face, legs, chest, etc., whereas the short-side razor blade may be used to shave the user’s upper lip, pubic and genital region, etc. The short-side razor blade may help the user shave more precisely and cautiously to prevent an unnecessary cut. A bottom side of the double-sided razor can have a lever that rotatably pivots from one side of the razor to the other so a guard can block the unused blades from cutting a user.
EXFOLIATION BAR FOR SHAVING RAZOR
An exfoliation bar for a shaving razor with a skin contacting footprint area of at least 30 mm.sup.2 and comprising a material having a Shore A durometer greater than 50. The exfoliation bar has a plurality of skin protrusion elements with a tip having radius of 0.02 mm to 0.25 mm positioned within the skin contacting footprint area. The skin protrusion elements have a leading face that intersects an average tip plane at an angle of 80 degrees to 145 degrees. A volume isolated by a construction plane 0.1 mm below the tip of the skin protrusion elements divided by the skin contacting footprint area is 0.003 mm.sup.3 to 0.04 mm.sup.3 per mm.sup.2 of footprint area.
RAZOR ASSEMBLY FOR RAZOR WITH INDUCTION HEATING SYSTEM
A razor assembly is disclosed. The present disclosure in at least one embodiment provides a razor assembly, comprising: a cartridge including at least one blade; and a handle assembly, wherein the handle assembly includes: a heating bar disposed on the handle assembly; at least one induction coil which is disposed under the heating bar and configured to heat the heating bar in a contactless manner; and a grip portion.
Shaver's handle with a lock and release mechanism for engaging and disengaging a razor cartridge
A handle for a shaving razor adapted to releasably support a razor cartridge is provided. The handle includes a handle body and an actuation button. The handle body includes an arm assembly having a pair of arms extending in a plane and being adapted to engage the razor cartridge. The actuation button is configured to move substantially perpendicular to the plane of the pair of arms. The actuation button cooperates with the pair of arms to engage and disengage the razor cartridge.
CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR SAFETY RAZORS
A connection system for connecting a safety razor handle (50) to a replaceable blade cartridge (10), comprising: a cartridge connecting structure (120) attached to the replaceable blade cartridge (10); and a handle connecting structure (102) attached to the safety razor handle (50) and configured to be brought into engagement with the cartridge connecting structure (120) along a connection axis, wherein the handle connecting structure (102) comprises a lever (112) mounted to a body (103), the lever (112) having a user end (113) to be actuated by a user, a working end (114), and a rotation axis (115) about which the lever (112) is rotatable with respect to the body (103), the rotation axis (115) being situated between the user end (113) and the working end (114), and the working end (114) of the lever (112) is configured to exert a pushing force on the cartridge connecting structure (120) when the lever (112) is rotated by actuation of the user end (113), to eject the cartridge connecting structure (120) from the handle connecting structure (102).
SHAVING RAZOR HEAD
Razor head includes a razor cartridge (10) and a razor blade (20). The razor cartridge (10) contains a front side wall (11), a rear side wall (12), a left side wall (13), and a right side wall (14) which enclose an accommodating space (15) to receiving the razor blade (20). The front side wall (11) has multiple protective ribs (30) protruding upward and arranged at intervals along the length direction of the razor cartridge (10); each protective rib (30) extends along the width direction of the razor cartridge (10) and contains a flexible protective rib (30a) and a rigid protective rib which (30b) which are joined, the rigid protective rib (30b) is located in front of the razor blade (20) and arranged adjacent to the razor blade (20), and a guide groove (31) is enclosed between the two adjacent protective rib (30). The razor head has good shaving performance and good comfort.
RAZOR BLADE HEAD AND RAZOR FOR USE THEREWITH
The present disclosed subject matter provides a razor blade head with finger slots, depressions (indentations) which extend into the razor blade head, for receiving human fingers, allowing for the razor blade head, typically attached to the handle of a razor, and therefore, the razor, to be manipulated with more precision, control, and force, than by using the handle alone.
