Haircutter and haircutting blade
The haircutter according to the invention serves for trimming and styling hair and comprises a grip and a blade head connected with the grip. A working section is disposed at one longitudinal face of the blade head and recessed from an alignment line of the longitudinal face. A haircutting blade having at least one cutting edge is accommodated in the blade head and disposed so as to expose at least part of its cutting edge in the working section and to not protrude beyond the alignment line. The blade head comprises a guiding device having at least one placing surface for the hair to be trimmed so that the hair to be trimmed lies at a defined angle to the cutting edge as the placing surface is placed against the hair.
Shaving instrument
In a shaving instrument having one or more blades, each with a single exposed cutting, each blade is clamped between clamping parts hinged to one another in a unitary molded blade clamp. Following insertion of the blade or blades, the blade clamp is inserted into an end of an elongated slot in a head attached to a handle. The slot is shaped to allow movement of the blade clamp only along the direction of its insertion. The blades are secured against sliding in the blade clamp by engagement with protrusions formed on interior surfaces of clamping parts. The blades can be replaced when worn, but the clamping elements can be reused.
Razor assembly with loop shaped spring member
The present invention describes a novel spring mechanism for a razor. In the razor, the spring member may be disposed in a movable member assembly, portions of which may be used for ejection or pivoting. The spring may be fully encompassed within the assembly and be placed within supporting structures therein. The spring is a loop-shaped element having overlapping end portions with free distal ends. Alternately, the spring member is tear drop shaped loop shape with distal ends that are spaced apart. The spring may be disposed within a first and/or second movable member such as an eject button or a pivot member. A retarding structure on the spring provides a retarding force which is based on the interaction of the retarding structure with a protrusion on an assembly portion to keep the spring orientation intact. The spring is desirably comprised of stainless steel and is a flat wire.
SAFETY CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD
A cutting device and a method are designed to facilitate precise cutting and prevent a user from cutting fingers and hands. The cutting device includes a body and a lid. The body has a mounting mechanism, to which a razor blade is removably attached. The lid is pivotably coupled to the body by a spring. Moreover, the lid partially covers the razor blade so that at least one cutting edge of the razor blade is exposed. Thus, the cutting device safeguards the razor blade and protects the user's fingers, hands, and other body parts while allowing at least one cutting edge of the razor blade for cutting operations.
RAZOR ASSEMBLY
A razor assembly includes a razor cartridge and a razor handle that pivotably supports the razor cartridge. The razor cartridge includes at least one blade having a cutting edge, and a blade housing that accommodates the blade in a longitudinal direction and has a connector provided on one side. The blade housing may include an upper surface exposing the cutting edge, a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and a rinsing area extending from the upper surface to the lower surface and across which the blade is disposed in the longitudinal direction. The razor handle may include a plunger that provides a pivot restoring force to the razor cartridge, and when viewed from the lower surface of the blade housing, the plunger may be positioned so as not to overlap the rinsing area in a rest position.
Haircutter for trimming and styling hair of the head
A haircutter (1) comprises a blade head (2), a grip, (10) and a haircutting blade (4) comprising a cutting edge (14) accommodated in the blade head (2). The blade head (2) comprises two blade head sections (201, 202) removably coupled to one another by means of a blocking device (200). The blocking device (200) comprises a locking mechanism (203) operable by an operating member (204). The operating member (204) is provided by at least part of the grip (10). Actuating the operating member (204) causes the locking mechanism (203) to shift from an operating position to an off position, to allow releasing the coupled blade head sections (201, 202) from one another.
