RAZOR BLADE AND RAZOR CARTRIDGE INCLUDING THE SAME
A razor blade and a razor cartridge including the same are proposed. The razor blade may include a substrate including a substrate tip, a first surface extending from the substrate tip to a first side, and a second surface extending from the substrate tip to a second side opposing the first side. The razor blade may also include a metal coating layer formed on the first surface, the second surface, and the substrate tip, in which the metal coating layer includes a plurality of columnar structures formed toward an outside of the substrate.
BLADE UNIT FOR A WET RAZOR
The invention relates to a blade unit (01) for a wet razor comprising a support frame (02), which has an inner face and an outer face oriented towards a shaving plane and in which a plurality of elongate blades (03) are arranged. The support frame (02) has two opposing side portions (07) which extend transversely with respect to the cutting edges (04) of the blades (03). A plurality of parallel supports (09) extend between the side portions (07), between which supports an open space (11) remains. Each of the blades (03) is mounted to the inner face of the head portion (12) of one of the supports (09) so that the cutting edge (04) lies in the open space (11). The invention also relates to a wet razor comprising a handle and a blade unit (01) fastened directly or indirectly thereto.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A cartridge for a razor comprises a plurality of blade supports, wherein at least one blade support further comprises a blade attached to an inner surface of the at least one blade support that faces away from a shaving surface, wherein the at least one blade support comprises a first optical feature disposed on a portion of an outer surface of the at least one blade support that faces towards the shaving surface, and wherein the first optical feature is a first thermochromic portion configured to change colour based on a temperature of the at least one blade support according to a first temperature response of the first thermochromic portion.
Matrix beard-leaking razor head
A matrix beard-trimmings guiding razor head includes a blade holder (1) and two or more blade assemblies (2) disposed on the blade holder (1) and arranged parallel to one another. Each blade assembly (2) has two or more layers of blades arranged in parallel. An assembly interval is arranged between two adjacent blade assemblies (2), and the assembly interval has a width of 0.25 mm. A layer interval is arranged between two adjacent layers of blades in each group of blade, and the layer interval has a width of 0.151.5 mm.
Razor cartridge and razor using same
A razor cartridge includes a housing, a guard, a cap and a plurality of razor blades installed between the guard and cap in the housing, each blade including a base portion, a bent portion extending from an end of the base portion, and an edge portion extending from an end of the bent portion with a cutting edge formed at an end of the edge portion, wherein a first distance between a straight line extending from the front of the base portion and an end point of the cutting edge is in the range of 0.3 to 1.0 mm, wherein an overlap size defined as a distance by which the first distance of one of the razor blades is overlapped by an adjacent razor blade located behind the razor blade when the adjacent razor blade is projected in the vertical direction is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
RAZOR ASSEMBLY
One or more implementation disclosed herein provides razor assemblies that allow a user to have a less than smooth shave by changing the distance between razor blades and a razor blade guard. The distance between the razor blade(s) and the guard may be increased or decreased using a movable knob mechanism, a rotatable dial mechanism, a movable razor assembly and housing mechanism, a rotatable threaded handle, one or more slider mechanisms, a rotating blade mechanism, etc.
Shaving razor cartridge
A shaving razor cartridge with a housing having a guard and a cap. A pair of laterally spaced apart blade stabilizers are on the housing. A primary blade member is positioned between the guard and the cap. A blade retention member is mounted to a top surface of the housing. The primary blade member has a cutting edge constrained between the blade retention member and the pair of laterally spaced apart blade stabilizers.
Razor blade, razor head, and method of manufacture
An integrally formed rigid razor blade made of martensitic stainless steel includes a cutting edge portion, a base portion, and a bent portion. The cutting edge portion extends along a cutting edge portion axis and has a cutting edge at one end. The base portion extends along a base portion axis. The bent portion is intermediate the cutting edge portion and the base portion. The blade has a concave face and an opposed convex face. An average radius of curvature of the concave face of the bent portion is between 0.4 millimeters and 1 millimeter.
Shaving head
A shaving head includes a housing, at least one retainer extending from the housing, and at least one component retained within the housing by the retainer. The retainer includes a body. The body of the retainer is bent such that at least a portion of the components is covered by a portion of the retainer.

The upper portion extends forward of the intermediate bent portion to a top side. The lower portion extends downward from the intermediate bent portion to a bottom side. The top side and/or the bottom side are substantially curved surfaces.
