CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CUTTING-OFF A LENGTH OF A CONTINUOUS STRIP TO FORM A TIRE COMPONENT
Disclosed is a cutting device and a method for cutting-off a length of a continuous strip to form a tire component, wherein the cutting device includes a cutting member for cutting the continuous strip at a cutting position and a feeding member that is movable in a feeding direction for feeding the length of the continuous strip in the feeding direction past said cutting position, wherein the feeding member is retractable in a retraction direction. The cutting device further includes a manipulator for retaining the length as the feeding member is retracted in the retraction direction, wherein the cutting position is located on the manipulator and wherein the cutting member and the manipulator are movable together in the feeding direction to cut-off of the length of the continuous strip at the cutting position on the manipulator while moving the length of the continuous strip in the feeding direction.

A processing apparatus is disclosed comprising a shearing unit that receives the material to be processed from a conveying device upstream and surrenders it to a conveying device downstream, in which the material to be sheared advances with a continuous supply motion, in which each conveying device comprises a variable geometry closed loop slidable flexible element, in which the shearing unit is constrained to move with alternating motion together with two movable portions of the two conveying devices. The apparatus can process web-shaped material for the production of electrical energy storage devices.
CONNECTING CUT ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a connecting cut assembly for producing connecting cuts in a material web being conveyed. The connecting cut assembly comprises at least one knife device with a cutting knife for cutting engagement with the material web to produce a connecting cut in the material web. Moreover, the at least one knife device has an actuatable cutting knife angle adjusting device for setting a respective cutting knife angle of the cutting knife to the material web. The connecting cut assembly comprises at least one presetting unit for actuating the respective cutting knife angle adjusting device.
STRIP MATERIAL CUTTING DEVICE AND STACKING APPARATUS
A strip material cutting device and a stacking apparatus are disclosed. The strip material cutting device includes a die-cutting module and a first temporary storage module, the die-cutting module is capable of moving in a reciprocating manner along a conveying line of a strip material, and the die-cutting module includes a first upper cutting die and a first lower cutting die capable of moving close to each other so as to cut the strip material. The first temporary storage module is located upstream of the die-cutting module. The first temporary storage module includes a first temporary storage roller that is capable of moving to temporarily store or release the strip material and is configured for enabling, during cutting, the die-cutting module and the strip material to be relatively stationary in a conveying direction of the strip material.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING SHEET METAL PLATES OUT OF A SHEET METAL STRIP
A device for cutting sheet metal plates out of a sheet metal strip includes a laser cutting device moving back and forth in a transport direction of the sheet metal strip and a y-direction running perpendicular to the transport direction, a first conveyor belt having first end moving back and forth together with the laser cutting device in the transport direction, a second conveyor belt having a second end opposite the first end and moving back and forth in the transport direction. The first and second ends are moved such that a laser beam generated by the laser cutting device is directed towards a gap formed between the first and second ends and extending in the y-direction. In order to avoid adhesions to an underside of the sheet metal strip, at least one support strip and/or the dust discharge shaft is provided with a ventilation device for ventilating the gap.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ALTERNATELY CUTTING OFF MATERIAL BY BACK-AND-FORTH MOVEMENT OF MULTIPLE VEHICLES
A method and device provides for alternately cutting off material by back-and-forth movement of multiple vehicles. Specifically, the device is a cut-off machine for alternately cutting off material by back-and-forth movement of multiple vehicles. The cut-off machine is at least provided with two cutter vehicles, wherein these vehicles are installed on tracks parallel to material. The tracks are arranged around the material side by side. Each vehicle moves back and forth in accordance with a set sequence. Cutters on the vehicles alternately cut off the material in accordance by a set length. The larger the number of vehicles, the longer the possible stroke of each vehicle can be, such that the cutters have more time to cut off the material. Accordingly, the cut-off machine can be adapted to higher material forming speeds in a production line.

AUTOMATIC FLAT-PIECE CUTTING MACHINE AND RELATED METHOD
The present invention pertains to a cutting machine for the automated cutting of at least one flat piece of deformable material. The machine comprises a cutting table which supports a cutting mat, a cutting unit provided with a blade and movable above the cutting mat to cut the flat piece into shapes and/or along lines according to a predetermined cutting path, an accessory processing unit provided with at least one accessory tool and movable over at least a portion of the cutting mat to perform accessory processing of the flat piece according to a predetermined accessory processing path, and an electronic control unit that controls the cutting unit and the accessory processing unit so as to actuate the accessory processing unit simultaneously to the cutting unit at least during a cutting step of the flat piece.
