Automatic device for emptying bags of frozen blood product

An automatic device for emptying bags of frozen blood product includes a product removal device, a product reception hopper, a transporter for transporting the bag from a reception area to the product removal device, and at least one cutter located in the path of the bag between the reception area and the product removal device. The at least one cutter is housed in a support configured to oscillate for absorbing energy of impacts of the bag against the cutter and to return the cutter to its initial position.

VARIABLE INTENSITY CONTROLLER FOR A SHORT-TERM INTENSE PROCESS

Methods and apparatus for a short-term wash treatment used in a food-processing system are provided. One example control system includes an interface configured to receive one or more first sensor signals from the food-processing system; and a processing system coupled to the interface and configured to determine, based on the one or more first sensor signals, to reduce an intensity of the short-term wash treatment; generate a first control signal to cause an increase in a pH of the short-term wash treatment in response to the determination; and control application of the short-term wash treatment with the increased pH to a product in the food-processing system. Further the system may include a human machine interface (HMI) configured to display information from the processing system to a user.

A tubular product manufacturing apparatus successively delivers an injection molded tubular shaped body in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus detects a defect on the surface of the molded body passing through the detection position in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body. When a portion having a predetermined length in the molded body passes the detection position without detecting a defect, the manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body, which contains the portion having the predetermined length. When a defect is detected before a portion having the predetermined length in the molded body BT passes through the detection position, the manufacturing apparatus separates the defective tubular product from the molded body. The length of the defective tubular product is shorter than a good product length which is the length of the tubular product including the portion of the predetermined length.
