Air strut suspension system for a self-propelled high ground clearance product applicator
A system, apparatus and method for controlling the height of a frame of a self-propelled high ground clearance, agricultural product applicator above a ground surface utilize a trailing link suspension system including an extensible air strut, for connecting ground engaging wheels of the applicator to the frame of the applicator. The trailing arm suspension system includes an upper suspension arm attached to the frame, a lower suspension arm providing sole support of a ground engaging wheel attached to the lower arm, and the extensible air strut interconnected between the upper and lower arms. Height of the applicator above the ground surface is controlled by regulating a flow of pressurized air to the air strut, to thereby control extension of the air strut.
Modular autonomous farm vehicle
A modular autonomous agricultural vehicle includes a drive module having a frame, a ground-engaging element rotatably coupled to the frame, a power source, and a drive motor receiving power from the power source and coupled to the ground-engaging element for rotating the ground engaging element. At least one toolbar module is detachably coupled to the frame for coupling the drive module to an agricultural implement or another modular toolbar segment. The modular toolbar preferably includes multiple toolbar modules coupled to each other in series to form the modular toolbar.
Turf cutting machine
A turf cutting machine, more particularly a four-wheel drive turf cutting machine, is provided. The turf cutting machine has a transmission arrangement which includes a transmission belt arranged between a rear axle pulley and a front axle pulley and which further includes a plurality of deflection pulleys which are arranged between the rear axle pulley and the front axle pulley so as to define a path for the transmission belt that extends from a rear axle to a front axle and then back to the rear axle passing over a cutting blade.
AGRICULTURAL MOTOR VEHICLE
An agricultural motor vehicle able to connect to a variety of agricultural implements, and comprising a structural set having four parts: a lower chassis, an intermediate structure, a front complementary structure, and a rear complementary structure. The set is supported over a set of front traction wheels and a set of smaller rear wheels and also houses a vibrating sieve, above which is located a beating cylinder, the front edge of which connects to a concentrating guiding roller and a hinged inlet nozzle, as well as a cockpit and a grain dumper located over the set. Preceding the grain dumper is a clean grain collection gutter, a motor power set, a suction cleaning set, a clean grain elevator and lastly, a retractable side belt, whose lower edge is hinged at its midpoint and located on the upper edge of the intermediate structure.
Autonomous agricultural carrier vehicle
An autonomous agricultural carrier vehicle, for carrying an agricultural implement includes a chassis with steerable wheels or tracks attached to a frame, wherein the frame includes a mounting apparatus for connection to the agricultural implement. The vehicle further includes an environmental sensor system for determining obstacles or elements present in the vicinity of the carrier vehicle and a control device for controlling the carrier vehicle or the at least one implement, wherein the control device is connected to a position determination system that captures and issues a position to create an autonomous agricultural carrier vehicle with which the impact force is not reduced. No additional tractor vehicle is needed for the implement and no operator is necessary during field work, wherein it is provided that position-dependent working instructions for the carrier vehicle are preferably stored in the control device.
Localized Hydraulic Circuit Configuration Detection And Loading In A Self-Propelled Agricultural Product Applicator
A localized hydraulic circuit configuration detection and loading arrangement, and method, utilize a pattern of pins in an electrical interface connector that is unique to a particular hydraulically powered product delivery unit mounted on a self-propelled agricultural product applicator to close or leave open electrical circuits in solenoid operated pump control valve arrangements for selectively connecting a flow of hydraulic fluid at an operating pressure from one or more continuously operating pumps of the applicator to the product delivery unit, or for selectively bypassing the flow of fluid from one or more of the pumps back to a hydraulic reservoir of the applicator at a low, bypass pressure. When no product delivery unit is mounted on the applicator, the flows from all of the pumps are bypassed to the reservoir at the low, bypass pressure.
