PROCESSING AUXILIARY DEVICE INTEGRATED WITH CLAMPING AND BLANKING FUNCTIONS
The present invention discloses a cutting auxiliary device integrated with clamping and blanking functions includes a positioning and loading unit, a clamping unit and a supporting unit. The supporting unit and the clamping unit can slide left and right on the platform of the positioning and loading unit through the slide block and slide groove structure. The supporting unit and the clamping unit are connected through an adjustable push rod with a scale bar; The board is placed on the positioning platform, and the adjustable push rod is pushed to move the supporting unit and the clamping unit to fix the board again for cutting. After completion, the handwheel is turned to make the clamping platform rotate such that the material is transferred into the material receiving container.
BAG CUTTING AND CLAMPING ASSEMBLY
There is provided a bag cutting and clamping assembly. The assembly includes a reciprocating blade. The assembly includes a pair of jaw members pivotally coupled together at first ends thereof and selectively couple together at second ends thereof. One of the jaw members forms a channel via which the reciprocating blade extends for selectively cutting a portion of the bag. The jaw members include a clamping mechanism for selectively clamping the bag and which is axially spaced-apart from the channel.
There is also provided a bag cutting and clamping assembly according to another aspect. The assembly includes a bag cutter with a handle end portion reciprocatingly coupled to a first said jaw member, a tongue end portion slidably received within an elongate groove of a second said jaw member, and one or more blades between the handle end portion thereof and the tongue end portion thereof.
FILM CUTTING DEVICE HAVING A LINEAR ACTUATOR
A method for cutting a film of material and a cutting device for cutting the film of material are described herein. The cutting device includes a film support plate, and a pressure plate configured to move relative to the film support plate to hold the film of material on the film support plate. The device further includes one or more blades, and a linear actuator configured to move the one or more blades relative to the film support plate to cut the film of material held on the film support plate.

Clamp and medium cutting device
A clamp includes first and second rising portions that rise from a base portion, a first extending portion extending along a first top surface of a table from the first rising portion, a second extending portion extending along a second top surface of the table from the second rising portion, a first clamp portion to urge a medium toward the first top surface, and a second clamp portion to urge the medium toward the second top surface. In one embodiment, systems and methods include using an ultrasonic cutter in a ground detection system to prevent damage to a substrate. The method of detecting a substrate comprises attaching a workpiece clamp to the substrate. The method further comprises cutting a layer of coating disposed on the substrate with an ultrasonic cutter, wherein the ultrasonic cutter operates at a frequency of about 20 kHz to about 40 kHz, wherein the layer of coating is non-conductive. The method further comprises contacting the substrate with the ultrasonic cutter.

Perforating device for thermoplastic plates
The invention relates to a perforating device for thermoplastic plates, which relates to the technical field of a plate processing device. The device includes an electromagnetic chuck, one side of the electromagnetic chuck is connected with the driving member, the other side of the electromagnetic chuck is connected with a mounting plate and a spike. When the electromagnetic chuck is powered on, the spike is attracted below the mounting plate by an electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic chuck. A clamper is arranged below the mounting plate, the thermoplastic plate is fixed by the damper, and a heating system is also provided to heat the thermoplastic plate. As the electromagnetic chuck is powered on or off, the spike can be attracted in or separated from the mounting plate, respectively. Therefore, the perforating device can make a new plate be pierced during the cooling and curing process of the perforated plate.
