APPARATUS FOR FORMING A SLEEVE ON A CONTAINER
An apparatus including: a conveyor having a machine direction and a cross-machine direction and a pair of edges spaced apart from one another in the cross-machine direction; a roller mounted to an arm and engaged with a continuous drive, wherein the arm is pivotably mounted to a frame, wherein the roller has a first position and a second position, wherein the roller in the first position is located at a predetermined location above the conveyor and laterally within the pair of edges, wherein the roller in the second position is remote from the predetermined location, and wherein the roller and the continuous drive are separated from one another by an obstruction; a driver operatively engaged with the arm to move the roller from the first position to the second position; and a vacuum port proximal to the roller when the roller is in the first position.
Weight material dispensing, cutting and applying system
An apparatus for balancing a wheel includes a tool that is mechanically coupled to an arm. The tool includes a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a face surface that forms an arc between the leading and trailing edges. The apparatus includes an arm control module that actuates the arm to position the leading edge of the tool a predetermined distance from an edge of a deck to receive a wheel weight. The apparatus includes a cutting apparatus for separating the wheel weight from a supply feed of wheel weight material. The apparatus includes a sensor that detects presence or absence of the wheel weight on the tool.
Transversal cutting equipment for trimming strips
A cutting equipment which trims strips of webs in movement includes a stationary trimming blade and a rotating cylinder with a mobile trimming blade; the rotating cylinder includes a sector with suction openings connected to a vacuum source, which retains the strips by suction and drags the strips up to a strip collector; the cutting equipment cuts and separates transversal strips of two webs overlapped in adherence jointly to the cutting of basic sheets; a perforating device perforates a row of holes on the first web adjacent to an edge of the sheets; and a first web is positioned with the row of holes in front of the suction openings, while the strip of the second web is retained and dragged by suction through the holes of the first web up to the strip collector.
Cartridge and tubular container trimming and refinishing apparatus for ink and label removal
A device for removing a thin outer layer from the surface of a cartridge or tubular container such as a caulk cartridge for removal of ink, contaminant, adhesive, or printed or stamped label from the outside of the cartridge. The apparatus includes cartridge hopper and a cartridge handling mandrel or plunger which automatically removes a cartridge from the hopper aligning same for insertion of the cartridge axially through the throat of a spinning ring which contains at least one and preferably a plurality of inwardly extending knifes. The spinning knife distal end trims or peels off the label, adhesive, ink, imperfections, or even a thin film from an outer layer of a selected thickness effectively reconditioning the cartridge for reuse to be filled with virgin material or to be used as uncontaminated re-ground material to be sold as scrap.
TRANSPORTER
A transporter includes a traveling body, a supporting body including first and second members with relative positions that can be mutually changed, a first suction pad on the first member, a second suction pad on the second member, a first presser on the first member, a second presser on the second member, the first and second suction pads being between the first and second pressers, and a controller to control the relative positions of the first and second members so that the first and second suction pads are positioned inside a contour of a product to be picked up and the first and second pressers are positioned above a workpiece outside the product.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REMOVING A FILM WRAPPING FROM PALLETIZED STACKS OF PRODUCTS
A cutting head for cutting a film wrapping from palletized stacks of products, having a cutting element for cutting through the film, where the cutting element is disposed between at least two opposing contact elements and is set back with respect to the film contact plane formed by the opposing contact elements in order to form a cutting recess, and having a vacuum unit to suck the region of the film wrapping to be cut locally into the cutting recess for interaction with the cutting element. A device having a corresponding cutting head further includes a pallet place for the arrangement of the pallet correspondingly wrapped with film, where the cutting head is disposed on a support arm that is configured to travel such that the cutting head remains in contact with the film via the two opposing contact elements during cutting.
MOVABLE DUST COLLECTION DEVICE
A movable dust collection device includes a processing table, a processing machine, and a collection unit. By the movable suction box, the dust, small parts and debris under the processing gun can be directly sucked and collected. The control unit controls the motor to drive the driving wheels to move the suction box beyond the processing table, which facilitates the cleaning of the small parts and debris, and improves the shortcoming of lifting the entire collection board for cleaning in the prior art.
Method and device for conveying polymeric oblates to casting machines and application
The invention includes a method and device for conveying pre-printed polymer oblates (IML), supplied in a roller, to a casting machine such as an injection press that molds items such as cups or lids, where the oblates must be integrated in items by the oblates being partially punched such that they remain fixed to the roller in points or bridges, after which the roller with the semi-punched oblates is placed on a device (1) from which the roller with oblates is rolled out in stages, such that the oblates pass through a tool (5) with holes (9) which are shaped to fit the circumference of the oblates, after which the oblates are removed with a device such as a robot with vacuum suction that tears over the river bridges that fix the oblate to the roller and transfers the oblates to the injection casting tool.
Fully Automatic Sponge Chamfering Machine
The application belongs to the technical field of hot angle-cutting automata for earmuff sponge of earphones, and discloses a fully automatic sponge chamfering machine, which comprises a rack, a man-machine interface and a button system set on the enclosure, a three-color alarm lamp fixed on the enclosure, a suction module set on the enclosure, a safety grating module set on the enclosure, and an air extraction module set on the enclosure. The application has high degree of automation, high positioning accuracy, and high work efficiency.
Plastic bag making apparatus
According to an apparatus for successively making the plastic bags, wherein the wastes 14 are formed in at least two areas adjacent to each other widthwise of the plastic film 1, and the apparatus can determine whether all of wastes 14 of each of the areas are discharged.
