Paper converting plant
Paper converting plant including a rewinder adapted to produce paper logs and having an inlet for feeding a paper web, a winding station where the logs are formed and an exit station for unloading the finished logs. The rewinder has walls delimiting a chamber inside which the logs are formed, and an air suction channel at a lower part of chamber. The suction channel exerts a suction causing the formation of an air flow directed from the top to the bottom inside the chamber. The chamber includes two semi-chambers communicating with the air suction channel such that a vertical air flow directed downwards is generated in each of them, the chamber being provided with a manner for regulating the vertical air flows providing vertically oriented identical air flow rates in the semi-chambers.
BOTTLE CAN MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND BOTTLE CAN MANUFACTURING METHOD
In order to manufacture a bottle can while eliminating the need for cleaning/drying after a mouth portion formation step, a bottle can manufacturing apparatus includes a necking processing part for carrying out a necking process while rotating a can body having a bottomed cylindrical shape around a rotational axis during formation of a mouth portion in the can; and a trimming processing part for subjecting the upper end portion of the can to slit processing and carrying out trimming while rotating the can while moving the can around the rotational axis. A plurality of necking processing parts are arranged in sequence, and the trimming processing part is arranged in sequence with at least one of the necking processing parts.
MULTI-ADAPTIVE FAST LOADING ATTACHED AIR-COOLED DUST REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
Multi-adaptive fast loading attached air-cooled dust removal equipment is disclosed. The equipment is mainly composed of five parts: a spindle clamping mechanism, a link mechanism, a bearing connecting mechanism, an axial telescopic mechanism and a dust treatment mechanism. The equipment is connected with a tool holder through an axial connecting mechanism and installed on a machine tool. The axial telescopic mechanism forms a cavity with a processing surface, the gas flow generated by a negative pressure vacuum cleaner forms negative pressure in the cavity, and the telescopic mechanism is fixed to a machine tool spindle housing through the link mechanism to prevent the rotation of the spindle from driving the equipment to rotate and interfere with a workpiece, finally realizing rapid collection and treatment of chips.
Vacuum assist cutting and anvil cylinders
A vacuum assist anvil cutting die set includes a cutting cylinder and an anvil cylinder. The cutting cylinder has an outer diameter surface with a cutting blade and a blade cavity adjacent to the cutting blade. The cutting cylinder has a vacuum port in communication with the blade cavity and is adapted and configured to be connected to a vacuum source to apply a vacuum to the blade cavity via the vacuum port. The anvil cylinder has an outer diameter surface with an anvil pin projecting from the outer diameter surface of the anvil cylinder. The anvil pin having a diameter and shape that closely approximates the blade cavity such that when a level of vacuum is applied to the cutting cylinder and the anvil cylinder is in rotational and linear register with the cutting cylinder, the anvil pin is insertable into the corresponding blade cavity in a manner to increase the level of vacuum of the blade cavity.
CROSS-FLOW VACUUM AND CUTTER
A yard waste clearing device includes a horizontal cross-flow fan blade assembly. The cross-flow fan blade assembly is disposed in a housing that operated in concert to produce an airflow from an inlet portion of the housing, through the cross-flow fan blade assembly, and out an outlet portion with a sufficient flow rate to carry plant matter shredded by the cross-flow fan blade assembly to a storage element such as a disposable yard waste bag. A vertical chute from the outlet portion carries the shredded plant matter up to the opening of the yard waste bag so that the yard waste bag may be held vertically, utilizing the available storage space more efficiently.
Workpiece transportation system and workpiece transportation method
A workpiece transportation system includes a machining palette that is able to move while holding a cut workpiece including a product and the remainder; a supporter that receives the workpiece from the machining palette and supports the workpiece; a suction attacher disposed on the supporter and attaches by suction to at least the product in the workpiece supported by the supporter; and a gripper that separates the remainder from the product attached to by suction by the suction attacher.
ELECTRODE CUTTING INSTRUMENT
Systems and methods related to cutting electrodes (e.g. lithium metal) and electrode precursors are generally provided. The electrodes or electrode precursors may involve, for example, a lithium metal electrode or a lithium composite electrode, e.g., for use in an electrochemical cell or battery.
Print finishing machine
A print finishing machine has a die and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is driven by a motor and the drive mechanism is configured to drive a stack of sheets of material through the die in order to cut the stack according to the shape of the die.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CUTTING AND COOKING A SUBSTANCE
Systems and methods for cutting and cooking a substance are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: convey, via a primary conveying subsystem, a layer of food substance along a conveyance path along which the layer of food substance is conveyed; cut, via a cutter, the layer of food substance into food pieces; apply, via a primary pressurized fluid outlet, primary pressurized fluid such that the food pieces are released from the cutter; heat, via the heating mechanism, a chamber; apply, via a secondary pressurized fluid outlet, secondary pressurized fluid so that the food pieces are held flat to the primary conveying substrate, and hold, via a secondary conveying subsystem, the layer of food substance flat between the primary conveying substrate and a secondary conveying substrate for at least a portion of the chamber.
Device for perforating panels of material
An apparatus for perforating a panel of material comprising a driver assembly; a perforation assembly comprising a cutting edge for cutting the panel of material; an impacting surface moveable with respect to the cutting edge; and, means for holding the panel of material in a material plane between the cutting edge and the impacting surface, wherein the driver assembly is arranged to drive the cutting edge through the material plane into the impacting surface to cut the panel of material.
