ADJUSTABLE BLADE GUARD WITH DUST COLLECTION
Blade guards for power tools such as table saws are disclosed. The blade guard may include a guard that pivots up and down to allow a workpiece to move past the guard, a dust collection channel, and a pivot mechanism which maintains the dust collection channel in an operable condition as the guard pivots up or down. The guard may also function as a wood stop and it may include anti-kickback pawls. The blade guard may be part of a dust collection system and may be connected to a vacuum system by a conduit such as a flexible hose.

Portable sawmill
A sawmill includes a four-stroke internal combustion engine having an output shaft for driving a sawblade. The output shaft has a longitudinal axis. The engine is mounted on the sawmill for rotation between a first operative position with the longitudinal axis of the output shaft extending at a first angle, and a second operative position with the longitudinal axis of the output shaft extending at a second angle transversely to the first angle. The engine has fuel injection to facilitate operation in the first and second operative positions and a lubrication system incorporating a wet sump. An oil pick up for the lubrication system is configured to pick up oil from the wet sump at both the first and second operative positions.
MOBILE MACHINE TOOL
A mobile machine tool (10), namely a manually-operated machine tool or semi-stationary machine tool, for machining a workpiece (W), wherein the machine tool has a plate-like guide element (30) with a guide surface (32) for guiding the machine tool on the workpiece (W) or the workpiece (W) on the machine tool, wherein the machine tool has a drive unit (11) with a drive motor (13) for driving a tool holder (14) arranged on the drive unit (11), wherein the drive unit (11) is, by means of a bearing arrangement (35), mounted adjustably on the guide element (30) in order to adjust at least two adjustment positions (S0, S1, S2) of the tool holder (14) relative to the guide surface (32), wherein at least one adjustment position (S0, S1, S2) corresponds to a workpiece machining position in which the work tool (15) arranged on the tool holder (14).

POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a motor; a fan configured to be rotated by the motor to generate a cooling air; a housing accommodating therein the motor and the fan and defusing an air passage for the cooling air; an output shaft rotatable by the motor; and a transmission mechanism configured to transmit rotation of the motor to the output shaft. An end bit being attachable to and detachable from the output shaft. The transmission mechanism includes an intermediate shaft provided in the housing, a first belt transmitting a rotational force of the motor to the intermediate shaft, a second belt transmitting a rotational force of the intermediate shaft to the output shaft, and a rotation member transmitting a rotational force of the second belt to the output shaft. The first belt and the second belt are positioned inside a space through which the cooling air passes.
CUTTING DEVICE
A cutting device main body with a saw blade in a tabletop cutting device, supported so as to be swingable in an up-to-down direction with respect to a table on which material to be cut is placed, aims to improve operability for attaching and detaching the battery. A sliding direction for attaching and detaching the battery is set to be a tilting direction angled with respect to an up-to-down moving direction of the cutting device main body in a surface direction of a cutting blade. Because of this configuration, all of an operation force for attaching and detaching the battery is not applied to the up-to-down moving direction of the cutting device main body. As a result, the cutting main body is not moved in an easy manner and operability for attaching and detaching the battery is improved.
Miter saw
A miter saw includes a base assembly, a bevel arm pivotably coupled to the base assembly, and a saw unit pivotably coupled to the bevel arm about a horizontal chop axis. The saw unit includes a saw blade rotatable about a blade axis and a motor having an output shaft inclined at an oblique included angle relative to the blade axis. The miter saw also includes a guide rail coupling the saw unit to the base assembly and a battery selectively electrically connectable with the motor to provide power to the motor. The bevel arm and saw unit are pivotable relative to the base assembly, from an orientation in which the saw blade is substantially vertical, in both a first direction about the bevel axis by a bevel angle of at least about 45 degrees and an opposite, second direction by a bevel angle of at least about 45 degrees.

Saw table system
A saw table system includes a stand that is positioned on a support surface. A table is coupled to the stand and the table is configured to be spaced from the support surface when the stand is positioned in the unfolded position. A miter saw is positioned on the table for cutting a member and the miter saw has a cutting length of at least 24.0 inches. A pair of extension units is provided and each of the extension units is movably coupled to the table. Each of the extension units has a width of at least 24.0 inches. Each of the extension units is selectively positioned in a deployed position having each of the extension units being laterally spaced from the table. In this way the pair of extension units may support a member that is too long for the table to support.
