TOOL AND DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF MATERIAL ON SURFACES
The invention proposes a tool and device, with the aid of which it is possible to remove the surface of walls, ceilings and floors also in the corners of contaminated interiors.
Circular Saw Cutting Machine
A circular saw cutting machine (1) includes a machine main body (10), an articulated robot (60), and a cutter stocker (70). A circular saw (5) is secured and interposed by a cutter clamp cylinder (CYL21) between a front end face (32) of the main spindle (21) and a cutter presser piece (50) with pins (33, 51) inserted in pin insertion holes (5b). When removing the circular saw (5), a hydraulic is switched over to cause the cutter clamp cylinder (CYL21) to perform unclamping so that the cutter presser piece (50) can be pulled out of the main spindle (21). When the articulated robot (60) performs cutter change, a main spindle motor (M10) and a brake (25) are controlled based on the rotation angle detected by a spindle stop position sensor (SE10) to stop the main spindle (21) in a predetermined home angle condition.

SPLITTER PROFILER
In various embodiments, a splitter profiler apparatus may include at least one profiler head and at least one circular saw mounted to a common arbor. The circular saw may be mounted to a saw arm, and the saw arm may be coupled with an actuator that is selectively operable to move the circular saw along the arbor. The circular saw may be used in a profiling position, in which the circular saw and profiler head are in close proximity, such that the profiler head and circular saw function collectively to form a sideboard edge with a sawn finish. The circular saw may also be used in a splitting position, in which the circular saw is at a distance from the profiler, to divide the sideboard into narrower sideboards before the sideboards are sawn from the primary workpiece. Corresponding methods and systems are also described herein.

METHODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO FORM IMPROVED FIT DUCT LINER INSULATION FOR ROUND AND OVAL HVAC DUCT SYSTEMS
The embodiments described herein relate generally to improved fit duct liner insulation for curvilinear ducts in HVAC, exhaust, or other similar gas flow systems. A duct liner insulation for a curvilinear duct may include an insulation board having a first major surface and a second major surface. The duct liner insulation further includes a plurality of rows of kerfs in the first major surface of the insulation board configured to allow the insulation board to flex in a direction of the width of the insulation board such that insulation board is foldable into a curvilinear configuration. Each of the kerfs has a v-shaped cross section with sidewalls extending from a kerf base portion at or near the second major surface of the insulation board to the first major surface of the insulation board. The sidewalls extending at an angle from 10 degrees to 20 degrees relative to each other.
