AUTOMATIC STAPLE LOADING STATION
An automatic fastener driving tool with an automatic side-loading magazine can be automatically loaded with fasteners via a high-capacity automatic loading station. The tool and the magazine are moved proximal to the loading station. The magazine door is automatically opened, and the loading station pushes fasteners into the magazine. The magazine door is automatically closed, and the tool and the magazine are moved back to their original position.
Nail Gun And A Driving Device Thereof
A nail gun includes a muzzle device, a cartridge device and a driving device. The muzzle device includes a safety member having an abutment end retractable when pushed. The cartridge device includes a stop member for blocking the drive stroke when a number of the nails is less than a predetermined number. The driving device includes a linking member co-movable with the safety member, and a trigger unit including a pivotable trigger, an inner arm co-movable with the trigger, and a switch member. When the switch member is at a sequential striking position and when the trigger is pivoted before a rearward movement of the linking member, the inner arm is withdrawn from a route of the rearward movement to avoid actuation of the drive stroke.

NAIL GUN STRUCTURE
A nail gun structure includes a body portion including a punch portion; an air cylinder between the body portion and a swaying clamp arm, and having a telescopic rod pivotally connected with the clamp arm, the air cylinder having a piston, a first bore and a second bore disposed along an axial direction of the telescopic rod, the piston connected with the telescopic rod and reciprocating to control the communication of the second bore; and a control valve disposed between the air cylinder and the body portion, and having a tube set connected with an air source and also between the air cylinder and the body portion. When the air source and the tube set communicate with the first bore, the piston moves to allow the communication of the second bore. After the clamp arm clamping a wooden board, the punch portion punches to launch the nail.

PALLET ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
A fastener delivery system for transporting and dispensing fasteners comprises a source of pressurized air, a dispenser configured for dispensing each of the fasteners into a workpiece, a first pathway providing a first passageway for the fasteners to pass through, and a second pathway providing a second passageway for the fasteners to pass through. Each of the first pathway and the second pathway is placed in selective fluid communication with the source of pressurized air to blow one of the fasteners disposed in the first pathway or the second pathway towards the dispenser. The dispenser includes a toggle feature for alternatingly receiving the fasteners from each of the first pathway and the second pathway. Each of the pathways includes an air brake mechanism for decelerating each of the fasteners as each of the fasteners approaches the dispenser.
Driving Tool for Driving Fastening Means into Workpieces
A driving tool for driving fastening means into workpieces comprising a main cylinder with a piston displaceable therein and a sealing element on the lower end with a first through hole through which a piston rod connected to the piston is guided in a sealing manner, wherein a first air chamber connected to a first air inlet for filling with air for the purpose of displacing the piston downwards is present in the main cylinder above the piston, and a second air chamber connected to a second air inlet for filling with air for the purpose of displacing the piston upwards is present below the piston, a pressing cylinder that carries on the lower end an outlet tool with a driving channel into which a lower section of a driving tappet connected to the piston rod projects through an upper opening and that has a lower opening at the bottom for discharging fastening means, a magazine for fastening means that is attached to a side opening of the driving channel in order to supply fastening means to the driving channel, a first holding device that has a first holding element connected to the piston rod and a second holding element connected to the pressing cylinder that are designed so that the pressing cylinder can be displaced into an upper pressing cylinder position by displacing the piston into an upper piston position and the outlet tool can be placed onto a workpiece by displacing the piston downwards from the upper piston position, a first stop device that has a first stop element connected to the piston rod and a second stop element connected to the pressing cylinder that are designed to limit the downward displacement of the driving tappet in order to drive a fastening element out of the driving channel and into a workpiece to a determined penetration depth by means of the driving tappet.
