CARTRIDGE
A cartridge includes a staple support part provided on a front end face. The staple support part includes an inclined surface protruding obliquely from the front end face in a striking direction, and is configured to support a crown portion of the staple with the inclined surface and a pair of leg portions of the staple with side edge portions of the inclined surface. The side edge portion has: a connection portion continuing to the inclined surface and extending from the inclined surface in an opposite direction to a feeding direction of the staple, by a first length; and a leg portion contact portion extending with being folded from a tip end portion of the connection portion in the feeding direction by at least the first length, and configured to support corresponding one of the pair of leg portions from an inner side thereof.
STAPLER
There is provided a stapler including: a pair of clinchers that include a shaft portion, a staple abutting portion located closer to a distal end side than the shaft portion, and a spring abutting portion located closer to a proximal end side than the shaft portion, the pair of clinchers being rotatable about the shaft portion, and the staple abutting portion and the spring abutting portion being rotated in opposite directions from each other by rotation; a partition plate interposed between the pair of clinchers and partitioning one clincher and the other clincher from each other; and an elastic member having one end side fixed to the partition plate and the other end side abuttable against the spring abutting portion.

STAPLER
There is provided a stapler including: a driving portion that drives a staple into a sheet bundle; a clinch portion that bends a leg portion of the staple driven into and penetrating the sheet bundle; a table link that supports the clinch portion at a position facing the driving portion and move the clinch portion in a first direction where the clinch portion separated from and brought into contact with the driving portion; a motor that drives the driving portion; and a regulation portion that moves in a second direction intersecting the first direction while abutting against the table link and regulate a movement of the clinch portion in a direction away from the driving portion. A position where the regulation portion abuts against the table link changes in a direction toward the clinch portion as the clinch portion and the driving portion are separated from each other.

Electric stapler and sheet processing apparatus
An electric stapler includes a binding unit configured to perform binding processing on a sheet bundle by sequentially executing a clamping process of clamping the sheet bundle, a penetration process of penetrating a staple through the clamped sheet bundle, and a clinching process of pressing leg portions of the staple penetrating through the sheet bundle, a motor configured to drive the binding unit, and a controller configured to control the motor. The controller is configured to control the motor to execute the clamping on the sheet bundle or the pressing on the leg portions multiple times in the clamping process.

ELECTRIC STAPLER
An electric stapler includes a base and a press portion articulated to the base. The press portion is provided with, from down to up, a staple channel assembly configured to receive a staple, a staple pressing plate assembly configured to press the staple and a drive assembly in sequence. The position of the drive assembly is fixed relative to the press portion. The staple channel assembly and the staple pressing plate assembly are rotatable relative to the press portion. The drive assembly includes a power unit and an execution component connected to the power unit to press or raise the staple pressing plate assembly. The above electric stapler addresses the technical issues that the staple channel cannot reset automatically after the staple is stuck and it is difficult to clear away a failed staple.
