Method and device for specifically influencing the technological properties of individual regions of a sheet-like material, a pre-compacted material nonwoven or a material fibre cake
A device and a method for specifically influencing the technological properties of individual regions of a sheet-like material are provided, including the following steps: a) fixing the sheet-like material or a pre-compacted material nonwoven or a material fiber cake on a workbench, b) placing at least one applicator on the upper side and/or the underside of the sheet-like material, the material nonwoven or the material fiber cake, c) specifically moving the at least one applicator on the upper side and/or the underside and pressing an improving medium into partial regions of the sheet-like material, the material nonwoven or the material fiber cake in a predetermined amount and under a predetermined pressure, d) optionally, subsequently pressing the pre-compacted material nonwoven or the material fiber cake to form a sheet of the desired thickness.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WOODEN COMPOSITE BOARD, AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A WOODEN COMPOSITE BOARD
The disclosure relates to a method for producing a wood-based material panel with the steps: producing a raw wood-based material panel which includes a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface that runs parallel to the first lateral surface, and edge surfaces that connect the lateral surfaces to each other; applying a liquid containing a flame retardant at least to the first lateral surface; and applying a negative pressure to the second lateral surface so that the liquid containing the flame retardant is sucked into a peripheral zone of the raw wood-based material panel, and/or applying an overpressure to the first lateral surface so that the liquid containing the flame retardant is pressed into a peripheral zone of the raw wood-based material panel, resulting in the wood-based material panel.
Method and device for preparing magnetic bamboo wood
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wood preparation, and in particular, to a method and device for preparing a magnetic bamboo wood. A technical problem to be solved in the present disclosure is that: Lignin in a wood will affect the soaking efficiency of the wood during soaking of the wood. In the present disclosure, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfite in a ratio of 2:1 are put into the soaking bucket in sequence through the high-precision powder weighing equipment and are fully dissolved in distilled water to obtain a solution, so that the solution reacts with the lignin in the bamboo wood to elute the lignin, which increases the porosity of the bamboo wood, improves the soaking efficiency, and improves the magnetism of the bamboo wood.
METHODS OF MAKING DAZOMET COMPOSITIONS
Disclosed herein are methods of making solid bodies of dazomet for use in internal remedial treatments of wood and methods of applying such solid bodies to wooden structures and manufacturing such solid bodies. The solid bodies can be easily transported and inserted into treatment holes in utility poles, wooden pilings, and other wooden structures, that can deliver a dose of insecticide and fungicide that combats internal decay in the wood.

TREATED POROUS MATERIAL
The present disclosure describes a method for preparing a treated cellulosic material comprising: providing a cellulosic material; a first treatment protocol comprising impregnating the cellulosic material with an aqueous dispersion comprising a polymer, the polymer comprising an olefin-carboxylic acid copolymer neutralized at least in part by ammonia or an amine; and a second treatment protocol comprising heating the cellulosic material, wherein at least a portion of the ammonia or the amine is liberated from the cellulosic material.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING LIGNOCELLULOSIC MATERIAL
A process for treating lignocellulosic pieces with a water-soluble lignocellulosic material preservative. The process comprises the step of contacting the lignocellulosic pieces with a water-based preservative solution having a contact temperature between about 70 C. and about 95 C., the water-based preservative solution containing the water-soluble lignocellulosic material preservative in a concentration above about 25% wt. A lignocellulosic treatment apparatus for treating lignocellulosic pieces is also provided.
TREATED POROUS MATERIAL
The present disclosure describes a treated cellulosic material comprising: a cellulosic material having a porous structure defining a plurality of pores, at least a portion of the pores containing a treating agent comprising: a polymer comprising an olefin-carboxylic acid copolymer; and a modifying agent comprising a polyamine having greater than or equal to 2 amine groups, wherein the modifying agent crosslinks at least a portion of the polymer.
