METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT, CELLULOSE PRODUCT FORMING APPARATUS AND CELLULOSE PRODUCT
A method for manufacturing a cellulose product, comprising the steps: dry forming a cellulose blank in a dry forming unit; arranging the cellulose blank in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank to a forming temperature in the range of 100? C. to 200? C.; and pressing the cellulose blank in the forming mould with a forming pressure of at least 1 MPa.
MOLDING TOOL, MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MOLDING THREE-DIMENSIONAL ARTICLES
A mold tool includes: a first tool part and a second tool part that works together with the first tool part. In the closed state, the two tool parts are moved toward one another, and in the open state, the two tool parts are moved away from one another. The mold tool also includes a first mold half in the first tool part and a second mold half in the second tool part. The two mold halves reshape the sheet of material, arranged between the two tool parts, into at least one three-dimensional article when the two tool parts are moved toward one another. The mold tool also includes a cutting device including at least one cutting element and at least one actuating device. The actuating device extends the cutting element in the direction of the sheet of material, to cut the sheet of material.
SURFACE MODIFYING AGENT FORMULATION
The present invention describes the production of wood panel boards, or the like, in which a surface modifying agent is mixed with a polyol to prepare a stable surface modifying agent polyol composition. The resultant composition is reacted with an isocyanate, and in particular, a polymeric di-isocyanate resin, in the presence of wood chips, fibers or the like, for the production of lignocellulosic based panels, such as oriented strand board (OSB), MDF, HDF and particle board panel products. In use, the surface modifying agent polyol composition is mixed with the polymeric di-isocyanate resin and the resultant mixture is applied to a lignocel-lulosic material, such as wood chips or fibers, immediately prior to hot pressing of the mixture to produce the panels. Sticking of the panels to the metal press belts or press plates typically used during production, is reduced or eliminated.
Bamboo chip integrated material and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a bamboo chip integrated material. The bamboo chip integrated material is formed by a plurality of lengthened bamboo chips which are glued and overlaid; each lengthened bamboo chip is formed by a plurality of bamboo chip units which sequentially and continuously mesh and are butted; sharp teeth and grooves are formed in the two ends in the length direction of the bamboo chip units, wherein the sharp tooth of each bamboo chip unit and the groove of the corresponding bamboo sheet unit are matched to form a meshing butt-joint part, and the meshing butt-joint parts of the adjacent lengthened bamboo chips are arranged in a staggered mode; and each bamboo chip unit has a thickness of 4-12 mm and a width of 15-50 mm.
PART OF A LUGGAGE SYSTEM COMPRISING A NATURAL FIBER MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR
The present invention relates to a part of a luggage system, in particular a shell of a hard-shell case or trolley, comprising a natural fiber material. The present invention further relates to a method for the manufacture and a method for the repair of such a part. A part of a luggage system is provided which comprises a fiber-reinforced material, wherein the fiber-reinforced material comprises a natural fiber material and a matrix material. The natural fiber material comprises at least one set of unidirectional fibers which are embedded in and/or impregnated with the matrix material.
MICROSTRAND INTERFACE LAYER FOR IMPROVED ENGINEERED WOOD PRODUCTS
An engineered wood based siding, cladding or panel with a microstrand interface layer (MIL) applied to the top of the main strand matrix layers to minimize telegraphing, add rigidity and strength, and provide an improved surface appearance. The MIL comprises microstrands applied to the surface of the strand matrix or mat during production, prior to deposition of a fines layer. The MIL prevents the loss of fines into the strand matrix, and helps prevent or eliminate strand telegraphing.
Sheet manufacturing apparatus and sheet manufacturing method
A sheet manufacturing apparatus capable of suppressing adhesion of defibrated material to the inside of the apparatus is provided. A sheet manufacturing apparatus has a defibrating unit that defibrates into defibrated material feedstock containing fiber; mesh that captures at least part of the defibrated material conveyed from the defibrating unit by gas, and passes the gas; an opening to which the defibrated material captured by the mesh, and gas of a different state than the gas from the defibrating unit, are introduced; and a sheet forming unit that forms a sheet using the defibrated material introduced from the opening.
METHOD FOR TRIM PREPARATION OF CAR INTERIOR PARTS AND TRIM AS PREPARED
A method for trim preparation of car interior parts includes the steps of cutting out templates of natural jute or linen fabric primer and a second natural cotton fabric or fiber paper, and impregnation of the fabrics with a water-based adhesive resin in each of the fabrics and drying thereof. The method also includes the steps of fabric pressing, forming a structure by adding an adhesive layer and a decorative sheet, applying primer on the decorative layer and drying it, and applying at least one layer of varnish onto the primer layer and drying it.
Press pad and method for producing the same
A press pad for a hydraulic heating press arrangement, the press pad including a fabric, wherein the fabric is formed by warp threads in a warp direction and weft threads in a weft direction, wherein the warp threads and the weft threads are woven together to form the fabric, and wherein functional threads run in the warp direction or in the weft direction and are connected with the fabric so that a thickness of the fabric in an effective portion of the functional threads differs from a thickness of the fabric outside of the effective portion of the functional threads.
Wood preforming device for manufacturing crash pad for vehicle including real wood sheet
A wood preforming device that manufactures a crash pad for a vehicle including a real wood sheet is provided. The wood preforming device includes a lower press mold including a debossed portion disposed on a portion of the lower press mold on which a product is to be formed, and a support portion supporting an upper press mold when the lower press mold and the upper press mold are compressed. The support portion has a fixing protrusion fixing the real wood sheet, the upper press mold has an embossed portion corresponding to the debossed portion of the lower press mold. A movable core provided on the debossed portion of the lower press mold guiding the real wood sheet by moving upward from the debossed portion when the upper press mold moves downward, and a steam module spray steam with a preset capacity to an edge portion of the debossed portion.
