A regenerated block concrete prefabricated laminated slab includes a new concrete, waste concrete blocks, and a steel bar mesh on a bottom of the slab. The waste concrete blocks can protrude out from a surface part of the new concrete, but a protruding height is no more than 25 mm, and the protruding height is limited by an assembling die. The assembling die comprises a casting die and a height-limiting cover plate, a side die of the casting die is reserved with a steel bar positioning hole, and a vertical position of the height-limiting cover plate is positioned at four corners of the casting die through screws, limiting nuts and gaskets of different thicknesses. A manufacturing process of the regenerated block concrete prefabricated laminated slab is also provided.

A method of manufacturing the cement-mixed concrete tile includes the following steps: a portion of cement is mixed with sand at a ratio within a range of 1:4 to 3:4, then a predetermined number of cups of water is added to the mixture formed by the cement and the sand. A water reducing agent which increases flowability is added to the above mixture to form a first mixture. A mold is positioned on a vibration table, where a weaved fiberglass mesh is positioned on top of the mold. The first mixture is loaded into the mold and the vibration table is vibrated, and then cement mix is mixed into the mold separately to fill from above the weaved fiberglass mesh towards the top of the mold through the first mixture, and where the mold is placed in retention for a predetermined time to generate the cement-mixed concrete tile.

A hybrid vibration assembly for a concrete products machine. The assembly may include a vibration frame positioned to carry at least a portion of a mold, a stationary frame carrying the vibration frame, knocker bars supportable on the stationary frame for vertical adjustment relative to the stationary frame, and a motor connected to a vibrator mounted on the vibration frame. The assembly may also include a mechanical frame/mold clamp that alternately couples the vibration frame to the mold and decouples the vibration frame from the mold.
