Composition comprising at least one calcium-magnesium compound and a second compound chosen in the group consisting of B.sub.2O.sub.3, NaO.sub.3, calcium aluminate, calcium silicate, calcium ferrite such as Ca.sub.2Fe.sub.2O.sub.5 or CaFe.sub.2O.sub.4, Al, Mg, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn, Cu, Si, CaF.sub.2, C, CaC.sub.2, CaSi, CaMg, CaFe, FeMn, FeSi, FeSiMn, FeMo; TiO.sub.2, an oxide or a hydroxide of molybdenum, copper, zinc, and their mixture, in the form of compacts formed with compacted and shaped particles of calcium-magnesium compounds, having a Shatter Test Index of less than 20% and the manufacturing process thereof.

A compression shoe for use on a concrete products forming machine comprises a main body and a plated layer overlaid on the main body. The main body is configured to be slidingly received within a mold cavity of a concrete products mold. The plated layer overlaid on the main body of the compression shoe comprises a uniform electroless nickel (Ni), phosphorus (P), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nano dispersion coating to effect enhanced material release characteristics by preventing the build-up of material on the compression shoes and enhancing their wear characteristics.

A compression shoe for use on a concrete products forming machine comprises a main body and a plated layer overlaid on the main body. The main body is configured to be slidingly received within a mold cavity of a concrete products mold. An apparatus for the production of concrete molded parts in a molding machine includes an upper mold part having a pressure plate arrangement having multiple pressure plates, each facing an opening of a mold insert, wherein each of the pressure plates is screwed onto an intermediate plate, wherein the intermediate plate is connected with a punch plate on the upper mold part on the side facing the upper mold part, by way of at least one pressure punch. The intermediate plate is braced against the punch plate, in that at least one bolt that can be screwed on is passed through an accommodation on the intermediate plate, which bolt releasably engages into the punch plate and has a hollow body that encloses the bolt, between the intermediate plate and the punch plate.

This document describes a thin mortarless cladding brick made using a high efficiency production method with low material cost and low cost workmanship to install. The brick is made by a pavement press machine, produced with a longitudinal tongue and groove with one side slot and dent, made by a press die, for a mounting bracket. Bricks will interlock with each other on top and bottom and fixed to a raw wall using the proper mounting brackets with adjustable screw.

Methods, compositions, and apparatuses are provided herein that utilize polystyrene from recycled products to make a high strength composite concrete that can be used for subgrade utility vaults, utility trenches, etc. Polystyrene is a widely-used plastic that can be collected and then densified at particular parameters including temperature to transform the polystyrene to a usable form. Then, the densified polystyrene is combined with other resin materials and dry materials to form a high-strength concrete material. The amount of densified polystyrene that is combined with the other materials is critical to control shrinkage and expansion of the concrete material during manufacturing.
