Riding Lawn Mower
The present invention provides a riding lawn mower comprising a frame, a mowing device mounted to the bottom of the frame, a functional unit attached to the front of the frame, and a motor group together with a power supply mounted to the frame. The riding lawn mower also comprises a connecting device connecting the frame and the functional unit. The connecting device comprises a first connector attached on the front of the frame, a second connector attached to the functional unit, and a third connector adapted for fixedly connecting the first connector and the second connector, the first connector and the second connector respectively defining through-holes thereon, the third connector extending through the through-holes of the first and the second connectors to fixedly connect the first and the second connectors.
Cutterbar angle change with four bar linkage
A control arm linkage system includes a pair of upper control arms and a pair of lower control arms to attach a crop harvesting header to a harvester frame of an agricultural harvester. The attachment of the header to the harvester via the control arm linkage system allows the header to move relative the harvester, with the header being displaced upward and heeled backwards in response to an upward force being imparted onto a lower surface of the header. The control arm linkage system thus allows the header to automatically adjust and adapt to unexpected raised mound that may be encountered along the path of the header during harvesting.
STRUCTURE FOR DETACHABLE FRONT LOADER, DETACHABLE FRONT LOADER, AND WORK VEHICLE
A structure of a detachable front loader includes: a main frame; a boom; and a subframe unit that supports the boom. The subframe unit includes: a subframe; a guide that is disposed on the subframe and engages with the main frame; a lock bar that includes a pivot shaft disposed on the subframe, and a pivot shaft part; an operation tool that moves the lock bar from the restriction position to the release position against a first biasing force; and a locking tool that is supported by the subframe, moves between a locking position and an unlocking position, is biased in a locking direction, and once the operation tool moves the lock bar to the release position, moves to the locking position by a second biasing force, and engages with a cutout formed in the pivot shaft part.
Drive system having hydraulic power transmission for a harvesting header of a harvester
A drive system for a harvesting header of a harvester includes a drive motor, and a drive train connected between the drive motor and one or more driven elements of the harvesting header. The drive train has a variable-displacement hydraulic pump arranged on board the harvester and a hydraulic motor connected in a closed circuit to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic motor is mounted on the harvesting header and detachably connected by hydraulic coupling connections to the hydraulic pump.
HEADER POSITIONING ASSEMBLY FOR AN AGRICULTURAL WORK VEHICLE AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE SAME
A control system for an agricultural work vehicle is provided, the control system includes at least one controller, at least one control input device configured to send control signals to the at least one controller, and a header positioning assembly configured to interchangeably couple a plurality of headers to a chassis of a traction unit. The header positioning assembly is moveable between a plurality of orientations with each of the plurality of orientations providing a unique mechanical advantage. The at least one controller is configured to output a plurality of control commands corresponding to the control signals generated by the at least one control input device, and the control commands are configured to effect movement of the header positioning assembly between the plurality of orientations. An agricultural work vehicle is provided and includes the control system.
HEADER POSITIONING ASSEMBLY FOR AGRICULTURAL WORK VEHICLE
A header positioning assembly for adjusting a header relative to a chassis includes a lift mechanism configured to couple the header to the chassis, at least one lift actuator configured to apply a force to the lift mechanism to adjust and maintain an orientation of the lift mechanism relative to the chassis, and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the at least one lift actuator or to the lift mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is positionable in at least two orientations and configured so that when the adjustment mechanism is in the at least two orientations, and without uncoupling the adjustment mechanism from the at least one lift actuator or the lift mechanism to which the adjustment mechanism is coupled, the adjustment mechanism changes one or more of a location and a direction of the force applied to the lift mechanism by the at least one lift actuator.
Lock proving system for an agricultural machine attachment
A lock proving system provides a positive indication when a locking mechanism has correctly latched a removable attachment to an agricultural machine, the attachment being a header for a combine harvester for example. The locking mechanism includes a locking element that is shiftable into a locking position in which, provided the attachment is mounted to the machine with the correct alignment, the locking element acts upon a lock proving mechanism that is mounted to the attachment. The lock proving mechanism delivers mechanical feedback to the machine, the action of which is detected by a sensing device mounted upon the machine.
Front-Boom Sprayer With Improved Field Of View
A front-boom sprayer is provided that includes a boom center section and lift arm arrangement that provides a field of view below the boom when the boom is in a raised state that is substantially free of view obstructions from torque tube or other crosswise-extending components. The lift arm arrangement may provide different link tube geometries so that the respective left and right pairs of upper and lower lift arms align with each other in the line of sight of the in-cab operator.

Latching arrangement for coupling a front loader to a work vehicle
A front loader includes a mast, and a mounting bracket that defines a channel configured to receive a mounting frame of a work vehicle. The front loader includes a latch disposed within the channel and pivotally coupled to the mounting bracket, and the latch is pivotable between a first, latched position configured to couple the mast to the mounting frame, and a second, unlatched position. The front loader includes a latching lever disposed within the channel and coupled to the latch. The latching lever is configured to move the latch between the first, latched position and the second, unlatched position based on a position of the mounting frame. The front loader includes an indicator lever coupled to the latch. The indicator lever is movable by the latch to indicate whether the latch is in the first, latched position or the second, unlatched position.
