AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE WITH BIDIRECTIONAL FORCE EXERTING ELECTRIC THREE-POINT HITCH ASSEMBLIES
20190281755 · 2019-09-19 ·

An electric tractor including one or more all-electric bidirectional force exerting three-point hitch assemblies for lifting and lowering farm tool implements in level relationship to the ground regardless of the elevation of lift applied to the implement. The front, middle and rear three-point hitch assemblies are each operated using linear actuators. The hitches may be coupled with battery boxes to provide power and to counterbalance attached farm implements. Each of the described three-point hitch assemblies (including embodiments for front, middle and rear positions) may be operated through manipulation of electric controls. Electronic components include controller, displays, panels, wiring harnesses, linear actuators, joy sticks, lighting, switches, gauges, electric battery management system for managing one or more power sources, and processing modules and memory for controlling hitch movement and implements. The three-point hitch assemblies enable work in the front, middle and rear areas of the tractor.

System and method for remote work implement angular position display

A remote angular position display system and method are disclosed. The angular position of a work implement of a work vehicle is displayed (e.g., textually, numerically or graphically) on a display associated with a portable device. The angular position is observed by a sensor coupled to the work implement or the work vehicle. The method includes receiving, by a processor of the portable device, one or more signals from the sensor indicative of an angular position value, and determining, by the processor, a condition associated with the work implement based on the angular position. The method includes outputting, by the processor, an interface for rendering on the display associated with the portable device that indicates the angular position and the determined condition associated with the work implement of the work vehicle.

An agricultural harvesting head for mounting on a feederhouse of an agricultural combine has an adapter frame coupled to and supported on a center frame section with four links. Each link extends between and is pivotally coupled to the center frame section at a forward end of the link and is pivotally coupled to the adapter frame at a rear end of the link.

Multi head windrower

A windrower with a frame at a front end of the windrower and a cab coupled to the frame. The cab has a plurality of controls disposed in the cab for controlling the windrower. The windrower also has a lift arm with a first end and a second end, the first end being pivotally coupled to the frame, wherein the lift arm includes a transverse bend defined at a location between the first and second ends. A first coupler is coupled to the second end of the lift arm and a second coupler coupled to the lift arm between the first and second ends. The first coupler is configured to couple the frame to a rotary-style head and the second coupler is configure to couple the frame to a draper-style head.

Support system for an agricultural header

A support system for an agricultural header includes a first actuator configured to couple to a frame of the agricultural header and to a first element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a second actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to a second element of the agricultural header. Furthermore, the support system includes a third actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to the second element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a fluid supply system configured to provide pressurized fluid to the first actuator and to the second actuator. The third actuator is fluidly isolated from the fluid supply system, the first actuator, and the second actuator.

Joystick controlled scraper blade assembly
10378176 · 2019-08-13 ·

A scraper blade assembly for a vehicle such as a tractor or skid-steer vehicle has a frame having a socket with a pivotable ball for connection to the vehicle. The pivotable ball permits pivoting movement of the frame about a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis and a vertical axis of the vehicle. Tilt of a scraper blade mounted on the frame is controlled by left and right hydraulic cylinders and angle of the scraper blade is controlled by a third hydraulic cylinder. A control system has a single joystick which is capable actuating the left and right hydraulic cylinders independently or simultaneously. The combination of the pivotable ball mount to permit three degrees of freedom of movement of the frame and the ability of a single joystick to independently or simultaneously control the left and right hydraulic cylinders results in smooth and accurate blade placement for finer control over earth moving operations.

Front attachment lift mechanism

A front attachment lift mechanism includes a front hitch weldment connectable to a lawn tractor frame and having a pair of side plates for supporting a front attachment. A hitch arm extends upwardly and rearwardly on each side of the frame. A rear weldment includes a pair of rear brackets connected by support bars to each other. Each rear bracket has an upper portion connectable to one of a pair of lift arms on a lawn tractor, and a forward end extending forwardly and downwardly from the upper portion. A wireform assembly is connected between each of the hitch arms and the forward end of one of the rear brackets.

Quick coupler with independent locking element and securing element
10323379 · 2019-06-18 · ·

A quick coupler for coupling a tool such as an excavator bucket, a clamshell grapple or demolition shears to a tool operator such as an excavator arm or the like. The quick coupler including a coupling mount for receiving a first locking part and a locking mount for receiving a second locking part, wherein a locking element for locking the second locking part in the locking mount is at least associated with the locking mount, with the locking element being actuable by an adjustment actuator. The quick coupler can be electrically controllable, with the quick coupler having an electric drive for actuating the adjustment actuator for the locking element.

RETENTION ASSEMBLY FOR GRADER MACHINE BLADE

A retention assembly, to slidably retain a blade to a support bracket of a grader machine, includes a yoke, a bearing arrangement, and one or more pins. The yoke is adapted to be coupled to the support bracket, and includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a cavity defined therebetween. The first sidewall defines a first thickness and one or more first bores. The second sidewall defines a second thickness and one or more second bores. The second bores are correspondingly co-axial to the first bores. The bearing arrangement is received within the cavity and is adapted to support the blade for a sliding movement of the blade relative to the bearing arrangement. Further, the pins extend correspondingly through at least one of the first bores or the second bores, and into the cavity to engage and retain the bearing arrangement within the cavity.
