PROCESSED SLABS, AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS RELATED THERETO
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
BUILDING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND BUILDING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD
Provided is a building material manufacturing apparatus and a building material manufacturing method that are suitable for efficiently manufacturing a building material while suppressing clogging of a sieve portion for sieving the building raw material. The building material manufacturing apparatus of the present invention includes, for example, a sieve portion 10 and a receiving tool 30. The sieve portion 10 includes a receiving and sending sheet 11 with no sieve openings, onto which the building raw material M is dropped, and at least one sieve sheet 12 with sieve openings that is located below the sheet. The receiving and sending sheet 11 and the sieve sheet 12 can perform undulating motion, are inclined, and are arranged side by side in the inclination direction. The receiving tool 30 is for receiving the building raw material M that has passed through the sieve openings of the sieve portion 10. In the building material manufacturing method of the present invention, for example, in a state in which the receiving and sending sheet 11 and the at least one sieve sheet 12 are performing undulating motion, the building raw material M is dropped onto the receiving and sending sheet 11, moved from the receiving and sending sheet 11 onto the sieve sheet 12, subjected to sieving by the sieve sheet 12, and the portion that passes through the sieve openings of the sieve sheet 12 is accumulated on the receiving tool 30, whereby a mat with at least one layer is formed.
MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PREPARING ARTIFICIAL STONE PLATE USING THE SAME
A material distribution apparatus and preparing an artificial stone plate using the material distribution apparatus includes a belt material distribution device including a material distribution hopper and a conveying belt. The conveying belt is located at a lower portion of the material distribution hopper. An upper surface of the conveying belt is inclined. The material distribution hopper has a first wall and a second wall. The first wall is an inclined wall with an upper end away from the second wall. A discharge outlet is provided below the second wall. An upper portion of the second wall is vertically mounted, and a lower portion of the second wall has a circular arc portion and a discharge portion which forms the discharge outlet with a surface of the conveying belt therebetween.
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
INTERLAYER MIXING APPARATUS FOR TEXTURING MAN-MADE STONE SLABS
An interlayer mixing apparatus for texturing man-made stone slabs has a pressing assembly, a coloring component, a stirring assembly, a moving assembly, and a control system. A conveyor belt sequentially conveys a slab to working areas of the pressing assembly, the coloring component, and the stirring assembly which are separately connected to the control system. The pressing assembly presses the slab before the pigment and the slab are stirred, so that the texture boundary on the final product is clearer and more complete. The control system moves the moving assembly to position the stirring assembly according to a texture route, while the stirring assembly performs stirring on a part of the surface of the slab, to stir a pigment layer with a raw material layer on the slab.
Plant and method for the production of slabs made of composite stone material from a mix
Plant (2) for the production of slabs made of composite stone material from a mix (M) containing granules of stone or ceramic or glass material and a binder, comprising at least one temporary support or mould (S), a distributor for the mix (M) designed to distribute a layer of mix (M) on the temporary support or mould (S), a station (4) for performing compaction by means of vacuum vibro-compression of the mix (M) arranged on the temporary support or mould (S) and a station for hardening the mix (M) so as to form the finished slabs. The plant (2) comprises a device (1) positioned downstream of the distributor and upstream of the compaction station (4) and comprising means (16) which act on the top surface of the mix (M) for pre-compaction and levelling of the mix (M) arranged on the temporary support or mould (S). The invention also relates to a method for the production of slabs of composite stone material from a mix (M).

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COMPACTING CERAMIC MATERIAL
A pressing device for pressing a layer of ceramic material, comprising: a press (10), provided with a lower pad (11), provided with a pressing surface (11a) facing upwards and arranged below the active portion (3) of a first movable belt (2), and an upper pad (12), provided with a pressing surface (12a) facing downwards and arranged above the active portion (3) of the first movable belt (2); a compactor (20), arranged upstream of the press (10), which comprises a lower presser (21), provided with a pressing surface (21a) facing upwards, which is arranged below the active portion (3) of a first movable belt (2), and an upper presser (22), provided with a pressing surface (22a) facing downwards, which is arranged above the active portion (3) of the first movable belt (2). The pressers (21,22) of the compactor (20) can be activated independently of the pads (11,12) of the press (10).
