Single solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic liftomatic system
A single solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic liftomatic system is provided. The single solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic liftomatic system is developed for controlling electrically, automating a hydraulic mechanism used in three-point hitch systems of tractors lifted and lowered by a mechanically controlled hydraulic mechanism. The single solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic liftomatic system includes an actuator, a hydraulic pump, a safety element, a tank line, a valve body, a hydraulic piston, at least one solenoid valve, a piston spring, a check valve, a time-delay relay, and a button.
Method for controlling the operation of an attachment
A method is provided for controlling the operation of an attachment that is coupled to a tractor via a top link and two bottom links of a powerlift. The method includes selecting a point of action from at least one of a pull point as a geometric intersection of imaginary extensions of both bottom links and a pole point as a geometric intersection of imaginary extensions of the top link and a bottom link. The method also includes determining a position of the selected point of action, and signaling the determined position of the point of action by a display unit or adjusting the determined position depending on a comparison with a setpoint setting.
UNIVERSAL TRACTOR IMPLEMENT
A universal tractor implement frame for attaching to the three point hitch or drawbar of a tractor including two longitudinal beams, two transverse struts arranged between and perpendicular to the two longitudinal beams, and two longitudinal stabilizers. Forward and Rear sets of frame legs are attached to the forward and rear struts, respectively and are configured to connect at their distal ends to the upper link of the tractor's three point hitch or drawbar. Connection plates are attached to the forward strut for connecting to the two lower links of the tractor's three point hitch or stabilizers. Various working tools may be attached to the beams, stabilizers, and/or to the struts of the universal frame for carrying out the work of prior art tractor implements.
Three-point hitch for an agricultural tractor
A three-point hitch for an agricultural tractor includes a hydraulically actuatable lifting arm, a vertically pivotable lower link, and a lifting strut arranged between the lifting arm and the lower link. The lifting strut transmits to the lower link a pivoting movement on the lifting arm. The lifting strut includes a first fastening portion articulated to the lifting arm and a second fastening portion articulated to the lower link. The second fastening portion includes first and second fastening segments which encompass the lower link in a fork-shaped manner. A bearing pin disposed between the two fastening segments extends through a slot formed in the lower link. By pivoting the lower link, the bearing pin is displaced inside the slot between a first working position and a second working position. In each position, the bearing pin is secured inside the slot by a blocking arrangement.
Power winch equipment crane
A power hoist equipment crane system to be used with a tractor roll bar, the system including a pivotable support bar configured to be substantially U-shaped having two side portions and a middle portion connecting the two side portions, a cable support member provided to the pivotable support bar and configured to support a cable from a hoist, and bracket assemblies provided respectively proximate each end of the pivotable support bar and configured to couple the pivotable support bar to the tractor roll bar in a pivoting arrangement, the bracket assemblies configured such that the pivotable support bar is pivotable between a substantially vertical stowed position when not in use, and a substantially horizontal use position in which the cable support member is positioned at a point spaced back from the tractor so as to be located over an implement that is attachable to the tractor.
Adjustable Three Point Hitch System
An adjustable three point hitch system includes a frame that may be removably coupled to a tractor. The frame has a selectively adjustable width. Thus, the frame may be coupled to implements having a variety of widths thereby facilitating the tractor to draw the implements. A spreading unit is coupled to the frame and the spreading unit may be manipulated. The spreading unit urges the frame between a minimum width and a maximum width.
AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE
Agricultural vehicle (V) includes an operator's seat (S), a vehicular structure (C), a wheel support arrangement (100), a front bumper assembly (200), a position and draft control mechanism (30), a brake pedal linkage mechanism (500), a steering mechanism (600) and an exhaust device (700). The operator's seat S is configured to be provided in the vehicle (V) at at least one of a first seating position (Sf) corresponding to a first driving position, and a second seating position (Sr) corresponding to a second driving position, where the second seating position (Sr) is opposite to the first seating position (Sf). The vehicular structure (C) is configured to be moved between at least one lowered position in which each final drive housing (FH) is locked to vehicular structure (C) at corresponding first locking positions, and at least one raised position in which each final drive housing (FH) is locked to vehicular structure (C) at corresponding second locking positions.
TRACTOR
A tractor includes: a three-point linkage to which a tiller is mountable a hydraulic lifting/lowering driver to lift and lower the three-point linkage, and a mechanical linkage to transmit a lifting/lowering operation amount of the three-point linkage to the lifting/lowering driver. The mechanical linkage includes a load detector to detect an amount of change in traction load via the three-point linkage, a cable to interlock according to the amount of change in the traction load detected by the load detector, and a mechanical linkage interlocked and connected to the cable and the lifting/lowering driver, the mechanical linkage being capable of transmitting the lifting/lowering operation amount according to the amount of change in the traction load to the lifting/lowering driver.
MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS STATION
A mobile communications station may include a supporting frame including an interface for mechanical coupling to a vehicle for transporting the mobile communications station, wherein the interface includes fastening points for attachment of a three-point hitch; a first antenna mounted on the supporting frame to facilitate communication with mobile devices; and a second antenna mounted on the supporting frame to facilitate communication with a distant location, wherein the first antenna and the second antenna are to facilitate a bidirectional communication link between the mobile devices and the distant location.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE POSITION OF A POWER LIFT
A method for adjusting the position of a power lift of an agricultural utility vehicle includes storing one or more target positions in a control device, moving the control member rotationally relative to and translationally along a longitudinal axis, and adjusting the one or more target positions of the power lift within a position range defined by a lower limit position and an upper limit position by a variable movement of the control member.
