The system additionally comprises an autonomous power unit for autonomously propelling the implement. The system further comprises a coupling assembly configured to connect the implement to the power unit. The coupling assembly provides at least six degrees of freedom of movement between the implement and the power unit.
Agricultural vehicle with bidirectional force exerting electric three-point hitch assemblies
An electric tractor including one or more all-electric bidirectional force exerting three-point hitch assemblies for lifting and lowering farm tool implements in level relationship to the ground regardless of the elevation of lift applied to the implement. The front, middle and rear three-point hitch assemblies are each operated using linear actuators. The hitches may be coupled with battery boxes to provide power and to counterbalance attached farm implements. Each of the described three-point hitch assemblies (including embodiments for front, middle and rear positions) may be operated through manipulation of electric controls. Electronic components include controller, displays, panels, wiring harnesses, linear actuators, joy sticks, lighting, switches, gauges, electric battery management system for managing one or more power sources, and processing modules and memory for controlling hitch movement and implements. The three-point hitch assemblies enable work in the front, middle and rear areas of the tractor.
Method for increasing the load on driving rear wheels of tractors during soil cultivation
A method for increasing the load on driving rear wheels (KB, KP) of a tractor during soil cultivation with a farm implement (2), attached to a three-point linkage (1) of the tractor. A vertical position of the attached implement (2, 20) is adjusted relative to the tractor by a position of the arms (4) of a lifting device and by adjustment of the length of the upper link (13) of the three-point linkage (1) of the tractor. After adjusting the length of the upper link (13), the axial force acting/induced in the upper link (13) is determined and during travel of the tractor is continuously monitored and automatically maintained at the adjusted value. Also the adjusted vertical position of the implement (2) attached to the tractor is continuously monitored (2) and is automatically maintained at the adjusted value, thereby maintaining the vertical position of the attached implement (3) in this regulation and thus also constant ploughing depth.
Hitch Mechanism
A hitch mechanism for a work vehicle configured for operation on slopes. The hitch mechanism couplable to a tether fixed in position up the slope. An arm extends outwardly and upwardly from the work vehicle frame and supports a tether engaging structure couplable to the tether. The arm is mounted to the frame structure beneath the body portion of the work vehicle and extends rearwardly from the frame to support the tether engaging structure rearwardly of the body portion and rearwardly of the ground engaging drive mechanism. The hitch includes a pivot structure coupling the arm to the frame that allows the arm to pivot about a horizontal axis such that the arm is shiftable vertically. A controller receives inputs corresponding to at least one vehicle parameter and is operatively coupled to an actuator for causing the arm to shift in response to changes in the vehicle parameter.
Apparatus for combining planting implements
An apparatus for combining planting implements enables an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. The apparatus is rigidly affixed to a conventional cultivating implement and comprises a support frame, a pair of brackets, and a connection bar. In combination, the support frame, pair of brackets, and connection bar provide a three-point connection whereby a conventional broadcasting implement may be attached thereto, thus enabling an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. In operation, at least a portion of the conventional cultivating implement is disposed behind the conventional broadcasting implement when the conventional broadcasting implement is attached to the support frame, thereby allowing simultaneous cultivation and broadcasting of constituents.
Agricultural work vehicle and method for controlling hitch of agricultural work vehicle
An agricultural work vehicle according to an aspect of the present invention, which can adaptively adjust the velocity profile of the hitch according to the weight of the work machine, is characterized by comprising: a hitch on which an work machine is mounted; a weight calculation unit that calculates the weight of the work machine when the work machine is lifted following a first lift of the hitch; and a hitch controller that firstly lifts the hitch according to a reference velocity profile comprising a constant-velocity section (T) and, when calculation of the weight of the work machine is completed, generates an updated velocity profile comprising acceleration sections (a1, a2), constant-velocity sections (b1, b2), and deceleration sections (c1, c1) according to the weight of the work machine, and secondly lifts the hitch according to the updated velocity profile.
COUPLING DEVICE FOR A POWER LIFT
A coupling device for attaching a power lift of a tractor to an attachment includes a link mounting region having coupling units for the articulation of an upper link and two lower links of the power lift, and an apparatus mounting region for fixing the attachment. A coupling unit assigned to the upper link is movable in a translatory manner in a vertical direction running perpendicular to a transverse direction. The coupling units are movably disposed on a device base of the coupling device, and the coupling units assigned to the two lower links are movable in a translatory manner in the transverse direction.
ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY FOR AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS
An attachment assembly for connecting an agricultural implement to a tractor. The attachment assembly comprises a tractor-side frame configured to extend from a rear of the tractor, and an implement-side frame configured to be removably attached to the implement. The implement-side frame is configured to rotate with respect to the tractor-side frame.
RECOVERY TOOL TO USE WITH A VEHICLE
A recovery tool configured to attach to the rear or front a vehicle with a receiver hitch class III and up to provide interconnect and control between the vehicle and various accessory tools necessary to perform lift, drag, tow and pull using the vehicle. The recovery tool has a head gear connected to a hitch attachment where the hitch attachment connects the recovery tool to the vehicle. The recovery tool has lights for signaling, work lights, and other uses. The recovery tool can be controlled by a wireless controller. The recovery tool is adaptable to three-point tractor implement. The recovery tool may further include a hydraulic unit and can endure heavy mechanical work to perform dragging snow or dirt, road cleaning, driveway scraping, towing and recovery, search and rescue operation, pull boat docks and launch boats, dragging logs or broken articles as well as jump start truck or car.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE OPERATION OF AN ATTACHMENT
A method is provided for controlling the operation of an attachment that is coupled to a tractor via a top link and two bottom links of a powerlift. The method includes selecting a point of action from at least one of a pull point as a geometric intersection of imaginary extensions of both bottom links and a pole point as a geometric intersection of imaginary extensions of the top link and a bottom link.
