RELEASABLE MAGNETIC COUPLER
A magnetic coupler having a housing defining a coupler plane, a magnet assembly positioned at least partially within the housing, the magnet assembly being movable relative to the coupler plane, and a release assembly coupled to the magnet assembly to selectively reposition the magnet assembly relative to the coupler plane based on the angular orientation of the release assembly.
CONCRETE PRODUCT MACHINE MOLD ASSEMBLY STRIPPER HEAD SUPPORT
A device for supporting stripper head on a mold box of a concrete product machine mold assembly. The device includes a set of attachment hardware that connects a stand-off leg to a stripper head plate to support the stripper head with the stripper head plungers disposed in respective protected positions within respective plunger receptacles of the mold box. The hardware set comprises a ferrous metal portion configured to be carried by the stripper head plate and a magnetic portion carried by the stand-off leg in a position to magnetically engage the ferrous metal portion and allow for removable attachment of the stand-off leg to the stripper head plate when the ferrous metal portion is carried by the stripper head plate.
CONCRETE PRODUCT MACHINE MOLD ASSEMBLY STRIPPER HEAD PLATE DEFLECTION IMPEDANCE
A deflection impedance device is provided for a stripper head plate of a concrete product machine mold assembly. The device may comprise a spacer having an axial thickness generally equal to a desired spacing between an upper surface of a stripper head plate of a mold assembly stripper head, and a lower surface of a mold head adapter plate of a concrete product machine. A magnetic element may be used to retain the spacer on the stripper head plate upper surface where it will brace the stripper head plate against the mold head adapter plate to limit or prevent upward bowing that might otherwise result from forces imparted by concrete product being formed within the mold assembly.
Switchable magnet device
A switchable magnet device comprising at least one magnet package which can be moved between an interaction position and a release position, wherein the magnet device is configured such that the at least one magnet package, when moving between the interaction position and the release position, at least in portions, performs a pivot movement about a pivot axis. An actuation device is also provided, which can be coupled to the at least one magnet package to move the at least one magnet package between the interaction position and the release position. In order to easily lift the magnet from the formwork support in a small working space, the magnet device is configured such that the at least one actuation device, at least in portions and at least temporarily during the pivot movement of the at least one magnet package, performs a linear movement in a linear movement direction.
FORMWORK DEVICE
The present invention relates to a formwork device for a battery formwork for the production of structural elements, in particular prefabricated concrete elements, which comprises at least two partition walls and the formwork device comprises two formwork panels that are connected to one another, preferably in an articulated manner, in order to be transferred from an unfolded state to a folded state, where each formwork panel comprises a formwork front side for attaching formwork elements and a formwork rear side, and the formwork rear sides of the two formwork panels face each other in the folded state and the formwork device is intended to be positioned in the folded state between the partition wall. The present invention further relates to an arrangement consisting of a battery formwork and at least one formwork device according to the invention, where the formwork device is arranged suspended in the battery formwork.
Rotation device for rotationally moulded moldings
A rotation apparatus for rotationally molded shaped objects includes a receiving apparatus for receiving at least one negative mold, a holding apparatus for holding the receiving apparatus, and a drive unit for driving rotary motion of the receiving apparatus, wherein the receiving apparatus (1) is embodied as a sphere. The holding apparatus includes at least one support and guidance element (5) for supporting and guiding the receiving apparatus. The drive unit includes a drive element (9) that is arranged in the rotation apparatus and is connected in energy-transferring fashion to the receiving apparatus (1) to cause the sphere to rotate.
Sideform securing system
A sideform assembly (9) includes a sideform (11) defining an attaching formation (13, 14) on an operatively rear wall (12). A mounting bracket assembly (10) comprises a connector plate (16) for supporting the sideform (11) and includes an engaging component (21) for engaging the attaching formation (13, 14) of the sideform (11). A mounting member (18) is carried by the connector plate (16) for mounting the connector plate (16) to a substrate.
Recess former for concrete panels
A recess former is disclosed for use with anchors which are to be cast into a concrete slab. The recess former preferably includes a removable plug and preferably rectangular lugs which engage with corresponding apertures in the attachment head of the lifting anchor and prevent the ingress of cement during casting of the slab. In addition, flaps are preferably provided on the recess former to prevent the sides of the attachment head from being encased in the concrete. Preferably the former is pivoted between open and closed positions and has a slightly V-shaped base which when abutted against a mould or formwork, urges the recess former into the closed position. Furthermore, a recess former is disclosed which stays behind after the casting and remains embedded in the concrete in order to provide a waterproof membrane between the recess and adjacent reinforcing rods thereby preventing corrosion of the reinforcing rods.
Multi Piece Mold Insert for Forming a Feature in Molded or Cast Concrete Structures
A mold insert is disclosed for use in forming a structure cast in a form having a magnetic receptive portion. The mold insert includes a first mold insert member having a body portion and a first mating member. A second mold insert member includes a body portion and a second mating member. The first and second mating members are engageable to enable the first and second mold insert members to be configured in each of a joined configuration and an unjoined configuration. At least one magnet member is removably engageable to at least one of the first and second mold insert members. The magnet member, when engaged to the male insert member is configured for magnetically adhering to the form.
Switchable magnet device and system, comprising a housing and a switchable magnet device
Switchable magnet device, comprising: at least one magnet stack that is transferable between an interaction position in which the magnet stack is magnetically functionally connected to the formwork support, preferably to a magnetisable formwork support, preferably by contact with the formwork support, and a release position in which the magnetic functional connection between the formwork support and the magnet stack is reduced, preferably canceled. For simple lifting of the magnet device, the magnet device furthermore comprises a fluid-driven energy transmission mechanism that is coupled to the at least one magnet stack in order to transmit a force to the at least one magnet stack for at least partially transferring the at least one magnet stack from the interaction position into the release position.
