At least one robot (140) is provided to execute the at least one operation step on one of the at least two work stations (210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260) or two formworks (10) are provided. At least one route (120) is provided which extends at least partially along or transverse to the at least one production line (200) or along or transverse to the formwork (10). At least one travel element (130) is provided on which the at least one robot (140) is arranged with a base (131) and with which the at least one robot (140) can be moved at least partially along or transverse to the at least one production line (200) or formwork (10).
Method of making molded concrete blocks having simulated brick or stone outer surfaces
A method of forming simulated stone or brick column or a retaining wall is made up of rows of masonry blocks of generally trapezoidal configuration arranged in end-to-end relation to one another in each row, each block including a recessed portion being aligned with one another in each row and each block having textured wall surfaces simulating the appearance of brick or stone along one or more wall surfaces arranged in different configurations without the necessity of interlocking the blocks together.
Molded concrete blocks having simulated brick or stone outer surfaces
A simulated stone or brick column or retaining wall is made up of rows of masonry blocks of generally trapezoidal configuration arranged in end-to-end relation to one another in each row, each block including a recessed portion being aligned with one another in each row and each block having textured wall surfaces simulating the appearance of brick or stone along one or more wall surfaces arranged in different configurations without the necessity of interlocking the blocks together.
Mold Frame Having Displaceable Mold Wall, Use Of The Mold Frame As Well As A Mold Wall System Having A Displaceable Mold Wall
A mold frame for the production of molded pieces, comprising at least one mold cavity, the at least one mold cavity being defined by a plurality of mold walls, wherein at least one mold wall of the mold cavity is a mold wall that is displaceably attached to the mold frame, and comprising at least one heating element for heating at least a part of the mold frame.
Mold frame having displaceable mold wall, use of the mold frame as well as a mold wall system having a displaceable mold wall
In summary, the invention concerns a mold frame for the production of molded pieces, comprising: at least one mold cavity, the at least one mold cavity being defined by a plurality of mold walls, wherein at least one mold wall of the mold cavity is a mold wall that is displaceably attached to the mold frame.
MODULE AND ASSEMBLY FOR UNDERGROUND MANAGEMENT OF FLUIDS FOR SHALLOW-DEPTH APPLICATIONS
A modular assembly is provided for managing the flow of fluid beneath a ground surface. The assembly can feature a plurality of modules, each having a deck portion and opposing sidewalls extending downward therefrom. The opposing sidewalls can slope outward and away from one another as they extend downward from the deck portion. The modules further comprise a shoulder for supporting a link slab, and to support and separate modules that are stacked during transportation or storage. The sidewalls can define an interior fluid passageway having a flared configuration from top to bottom. The link slab and sidewalls of adjacent modules can define an exterior fluid passageway in fluid communication with a lateral fluid channel. A method is also provided for making a precast concrete module for use in the modular assembly.
Apparatus and method for separating a concrete block from a form
A form for separating a concrete block and a method for separating a concrete block from the form. The formed concrete block remains stationary while the doors of the form are pulled away from the concrete block in order to more conveniently, efficiently, and safely obtain access to the formed concrete block for its removal.
Retaining wall block mold and method
Embodiments of a mold for making a retaining wall blocks are disclosed. The mold enables blocks to be made more quickly by enabling separation of each block from the mold housing when the block is cured sufficiently to enable separation. Once separated, the block can be permitted to fully cure away from the mold housing, while the mold housing is re-used to produce one or more other blocks. In one embodiment, among others, the mold has a movable bottom tray and a mold housing with at least one door. The mold housing has an opening designed to receive and introduce a fabrication material, such as concrete, into the cavity. Once a block is sufficiently cured, it is separated from the mold housing on the tray through the at least one door, and a new tray is inserted in the mold housing to make another block.
ADJUSTABLE MOLD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DRAINAGE CHANNELS
An adjustable mold capable of making castings of various configuration is provided. The adjustable mold has an adjustable die with a core and an adapter, a protrusion, a cavity, and an outer portion with at least two sidewalls, at least two endwalls, and a base therebetween, which outer portion at least partially surrounds the adjustable die to thereby define a mold. During casting, molding material is poured in the mold and allowed to cure to make a casting. The adapter is replaceable to enable castings of multiple configurations to be cast suing the adjustable mold.
Block reinforcement cage having stem reinforcement portions with open apertures formed therein, for use in reinforcing a molded concrete U-wall construction block
A block reinforcement cage made from reinforcing material and adapted for loading within a machine during a block manufacturing process for molding a concrete U-wall construction block structure. The block cage includes an open aperture formed in each of its stem reinforcing portions. During the block manufacturing process, the first and second support members of a support mechanism are inserted within the open apertures formed in the stem reinforcing sections of the block cage, and cooperate with the open apertures of the block cage so as to (i) support the block cage when being loaded into a block manufacturing machine, (ii) define central apertures molded in each stem portion of the concrete U-wall construction block structure, and (iii) lift the molded concrete U-wall construction block when being unloaded from the machine.
