Machine for dry decoration of tiles
A machine for dry decoration of ceramic slabs or tiles, comprising: a support element (10), provided with a plurality of cavities (11) with a pre-established shape; a dispensing device (20), configured to deposit a pre-fixed amount of powder material inside one or more pre-established cavities (11); an unloading device (30), configured to move the cavities (11) from a loading position, in which they can receive the powder material from the dispensing device (20), to an unloading position, in which they can unload the powder material.
ARTIFICIAL STONE SLAB AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A method of manufacturing an artificial stone slab comprising pouring a first layer (10) of a first material; depositing a pattern of veins (30) of a second material on the first layer (10) and/or within a pattern of grooves (40) defined therein; depositing a second layer (20) of a third material covering the first layer (10) and the pattern of veins (30), applying vacuum and vibration to the materials and curing said materials obtaining the artificial stone slab; wherein the third material is less fluid and/or denser than the second material, the vibration producing the raising of the second material through the second layer (20); or the first material is more fluid and/or less dense than the second material, the vibration producing the sinking of the second material through the first layer (10).
Device for producing three-dimensional models
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing three-dimensional models by means of a 3D printing process, whereby a build platform for application of build material is provided and a support frame is arranged around the build platform, to which said support frame at least one device for dosing the particulate material and one device for bonding the particulate material is attached via the guiding elements and the support frame is moveable in a Z direction, which essentially means perpendicular to the base surface of the build platform. In so doing, the device provides a material feeding device having a particle material container to supply particulate material in batches from the storage area to the dosing apparatus and to do so with the least possible amount of shearing forces and without significant interaction with the atmosphere.
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming improved synthetic molded slabs suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
Method and apparatus for forming marbelized engineered stone
An apparatus including a first dispensing device configured to supply a first material to a conveyor belt of the main conveyor device in response to control by the computer processor, and a second dispensing device configured to supply a second material on top of the first material, while the first material is on the conveyor belt to form a combination comprised of at least the first and second materials, in response to control by the computer processor. The combination may be compressed by a first compression device in response to control by the computer processor. The compressed combination may be stirred by a first stirring device in response to control by the computer processor to form a first modified combination. The first modified combination may be compressed by a second compression device in response to control by the computer processor to form a compressed first modified combination.
CASTED BLOCK MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A casted block molding apparatus, including a mold, first and second filler boxes, and a pressing mechanism. The first filler box is displaceable along opposed directions between an overlapping position where a first bottom opening is located over the mold cavities and a retracted position away from the mold cavities. The first bottom opening is closed by a first cover in the retracted position and is open over the mold cavities. The second filler box is mounted to the first filler box and displaceable therewith along the opposed directions. The bottom opening of the second filler box is closed by a second cover when the filler boxes are displaced from the retracted position to the overlapping position. The second bottom opening is open after the first filler box reaches the overlapping position. A method for molding casted blocks is also discussed.
Method and device for manufacturing pavement elements made of concrete, and pavement element made of concrete
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing pavement elements made of concrete for manufacturing concrete paving stones or concrete slabs by a paving stone machine. The pavement elements are produced as multi-layer pavement elements {1} and have at least one core concrete layer manufactured from a core concrete and at least one face concrete layer manufactured from a face concrete. In the method, the core concrete is introduced into at least one mold and compressed. Subsequently the face concrete is additionally introduced onto the compressed core concrete and is likewise compressed, and the core concrete and the face concrete are cured.
STONE SLABS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
This document describes systems and processes for forming stone slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, shower surrounds, tiles, or the like). In some embodiments, the stone slabs may be processed by partially filling a mold with a particulate mineral mix, and preparing a top surface of the particulate mineral mix to received one or more additional materials.
Method and apparatus for producing engineered stone slabs
A method for producing engineered stone slabs which includes: compressing composite material to form compressed composite material; fragmenting the compressed composite material into a plurality of fragments of composite material; depositing colorant in a predefined region onto at least part of side walls of some of the plurality of fragments of composite material; and using a device to press, flatten and stretch the plurality of fragments of composite material into a slab. The method may further include moving one or more of the plurality of fragments without substantially breaking or deforming them to form a channel in the plurality of fragments prior to depositing colorant in the predefined region. The device may include a first press roller and a second press roller; wherein the plurality of fragments pass between the first and second press rollers to press, flatten and stretch the plurality of fragments of composite material into the slab.
Device and method for producing three-dimensional models
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing three-dimensional models by means of a 3D printing process, whereby a build platform for application of build material is provided and a support frame is arranged around the build platform, to which said support frame at least one device for dosing the particulate material and one device for bonding the particulate material is attached via the guiding elements and the support frame is moveable in a Z direction, which essentially means perpendicular to the base surface of the build platform.
