METHOD AND PLANT FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC PRODUCTS
A method for manufacturing ceramic articles is described comprising a step of feeding, during which at least two different ceramic powders are fed so as to obtain a strip of ceramic powders having at least a first zone and at least a second zone having a given shape; a step of compacting, during which the strip of ceramic powders is compacted so as to obtain a compacted layer of ceramic powders, which is expanded relative to the strip of ceramic powders; a step of determination, during which expansion of the layer of powders is determined; and a step of printing, during which a decoration having a modified shape based on the given expansion is applied on the surface of the compacted layer of ceramic powders.
MASONRY CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL WITH A CELLULOSE MATRIX AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING SAME
The present invention is related to materials of construction in the technical field of architecture and civil engineering, known as construction material for masonry; specifically, it is a compound made with a mixture of biodegradable cellulose matrix which is obtained from recyclable materials through an innovative method. Such compound, reaches higher resistance to compression in comparison to the known quality standards, even thought the resultant clusters, blocks or bricks, etc., are lighter due to their high cellulose content. This compound might be used, but not limited to, as raw material to produce hollow bricks, blocks, clusters and other conglomerates to build houses and buildings.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MASS DECORATION OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a method for the mass decoration of ceramic products, comprising the following steps: spreading, superposed on one another, a layer (L) of granular or powder material and a decorative layer (3) on a support surface (2); transferring the layer (L) from the support surface (2) to an accumulation belt (T1), contiguous and aligned to the support surface (2), which is located at a lower height than the support surface (2), wherein the accumulation belt (T1) is mobile in advancement at a speed that is different from the advancement speed of the support surface (2), so that a variation in the thickness and longitudinal extension of the layer (L) is produced; pressing the layer (L) and the decorative layer (3).
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming improved synthetic molded slabs suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
METHOD FOR PRESSING CERAMIC SLABS
A pressing method for pressing ceramic slabs, comprising the following steps: spreading a layer (1) of granular or powdered material onto a pressing plane (2), wherein the layer (1) comprises at least a first zone (11), with a prefixed area and border, made of a granular or powdered primary material, and at least a second zone (12), with a prefixed area and border, made of a granular or powdered secondary material different from the primary material; pressing the layer (1) using a press (P); separating at least a main portion (10) of the first zone (11) from the second zone (12).
Processed slabs, and systems and methods related thereto
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING ENGINEERED STONE SLABS
The invention relates to a method and a plant for the continuous production of engineered stone slabs. In the method, raw materials comprising at least one mineral filler and one organic binder are mixed, applied to a lower belt of a dual-belt press, or a conveying means mounted upstream of the lower belt, and subsequently continuously pressed, and the binder is cured. A continuously-obtained material strand is separated into individual engineered stone slabs. It is provided that the mixing operation of the raw materials is carried out at staggered times in a batch mixing operation by means of at least two separate mixing devices. The mixed raw materials from the mixing devices are transferred into one, or multiple, spreading device(s) at staggered times and are applied continuously and without interruption to the lower belt, or the conveying means mounted upstream of the lower belt, by means of the spreading device(s).
Machine for molding composite matter and a method of producing ceramics-based composite
The proposed solution solves a problem of designing a machine for producing molded composite parts that are homogeneously structured and the problem of finding a method for producing composite for implants. The essence of the design of the machine consists in that it has a portioning assembly, whereby above a mold form unit (14) there is a guiding unit (11) located opposite a dosing unit (6) and above the aforementioned guiding unit (11) there is a pressing assembly (20) slidingly mounted on a vertical frame (19) and which is equipped with at least one piston rod (25) with a rammer (27) at its end. A preliminary molding is being performed by thoroughly filling a preform trough and then the matter is being pushed out of the preform trough in portions and then each portion is rammed separately until consistency containing less than 15% air is achieved.
Pre-cast concrete wall structures, and methods for manufacturing and installing the same
Herein disclosed are pre-cast concrete wall structures, and processes for manufacturing and installing the same. Wall structure may be wall segments and may comprise a pre-cast concrete monolithic body including a ground-engaging footer and a vertical wall supported by the footer and extending upwardly from the footer. Methods of making wall segments may comprise the steps of providing an initial casting mold, pouring an initial portion of concrete, installing a final casting mold, pouring a final portion of concrete, allowing the initial and final portions of poured concrete to cure to a final hardened state, and removing the initial and final casting molds. Methods of installing wall segments may comprise the steps of excavating the construction site, grading a ground surface at the construction site, positioning a plurality of pre-cast concrete wall segments, interconnecting adjacent wall segments, and backfilling adjacent an exterior side of the foundation wall.
Apparatus for producing a blank, also a method for this purpose and a blank
The present invention relates to an apparatus, preferably a press, comprising a cavity which is to be filled and at least a first material feed, for a first material, and a second material feed, for a second material, wherein the first and the second material feeds are arranged separately from one another, having a feeding apparatus for feeding the first and the second materials into the cavity which is to be filled, wherein the feeding apparatus has a mouth-opening cross section with at least a first region of the mouth-opening cross section for the first material, and with a second, separate region of the mouth-opening cross section for the second material, for filling the cavity preferably in parallel, and at separate locations. A method and also a blank are proposed in addition.
