ARTIFICIAL STONE SLAB WITH INTEGRALLY FORMED PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
An artificial stone slab with integrally formed patterns and its manufacturing method that enables integrally forming patterns of various complicated shapes and colors in an artificial stone slab. The artificial stone slab includes a mixture prepared by mixing raw materials for artificial stone in powder state and a plurality of the patterns having various shapes and attached to a sheet. The sheet with the patterns is set to the inner side of a rubber mold. The powdered mixture is added into the rubber mold to integrally form the patterns with the mixture. The underlying sheet is removed to form an artificial stone slab with the patterns. The patterns are exposed only on the topside of the artificial stone slab or on both top and bottom sides of the artificial stone slab.
PLANT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC ARTICLES
A plant for manufacturing ceramic articles comprising two feeding devices, each of which is designed to contain a powder material of a respective type and to feed said powder material to a conveyor assembly; the plant further comprises an operating device which is designed to enable the output of the powder material selectively in the area of the feeding devices arranged successively and transversely to the feeding direction, and a control unit which controls the operating device depending on a desired reference distribution and how far the conveyor assembly feeds the power material.
DOSING APPARATUS
The invention relates to a dosing apparatus for dosing bulk material into block forming elements, and for arrangement on a filling car of a filling apparatus of a block-making machine for manufacturing patterned blocks, in particular paving blocks. The filling car may be pushed forward and backward over block forming elements in a displacement direction, and a first bulk material component may be filled into the block forming elements with this car. The dosing apparatus comprises at least one filling box that has a lower outlet that may be opened and closed by means of a closure. A second bulk material component may be filled from the filling box into the block forming elements via the lower outlet.
Paving block with improved illumination
A paving block with improved illumination (luminescent paving block) preferably includes a concrete base layer and a photoluminescent layer. The photoluminescent layer is formed on top of the concrete base layer. The concrete base layer is preferably created by combining sand, aggregate, water, pigment and cement to form an uncured concrete mixture. The photoluminescent layer preferably includes very fine aggreagate, cement, water, pigment, photoluminescent sand and a polyester resin infused with a photoluminescent pigment or a silica-based glass material infused with photoluminescent pigment. Further, a light transmitting sealant may be placed over the photoluminescent material.
Distributor Device for a Filling Shoe for Compression Moulding
A distributor device for use in a filling shoe for filling a mould cavity of a powder compression die, the distributor device having an inlet portion connectable to a powder supply; an outlet portion with an outlet opening; and a distributor portion arranged between the inlet portion and the outlet portion. The distributor portion includes one or more guide elements arranged to divide the distributor portion into a plurality of distributor channels. The distributor channels have an input with an input cross-sectional area at an upstream end of the distributor channel and an output with an output cross-sectional area at a downstream end of the distributor channel, wherein the input cross-sectional area differs from the output cross-sectional area for at least one of the distributor channels.
Method for decorating in thickness a ceramic slab
A method for decorating in thickness a ceramic slab, comprising the following steps: preparing, on a decoration surface (10), a first soft decorated layer (L1) of ceramic material endowed with a decoration (V); progressively transferring, by deposition, the soft decorated layer (L1) from the decoration surface (10) to a first deposition surface (50), situated at a lower height than the decoration surface (10), thus progressively forming on the first deposition surface (50) a second soft decorated layer (L2) which has a head (H) and a tail (T); progressively transferring, by deposition, the second soft decorated layer (L2) from the first deposition surface (50) to a second deposition surface (83), situated at a lower height than the first deposition surface (50), starting from the tail (T) of the second soft decorated layer (L2), thus progressively forming on the second deposition surface (83) a third soft decorated layer (L3).
Additive Manufacture of Casing Liner in a Wellbore
Provided are systems and methods for forming a casing liner in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well. The forming including disposing a casing liner print head in an annular region located between a casing pipe disposed in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well and a wall of the wellbore, and conducting a downhole lining operation including operating the casing liner print head to eject casing liner material into the annular region to form, in the annular region, a casing liner including elongated voids formed in the casing liner material.
Additive Manufacture of Wellbore Tubulars
Provided are systems and method for casing a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well. The casing including disposing a casing print head in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well, and conducting a downhole casing operation including operating the casing print head to eject casing material to form a casing tubular in the wellbore, and operating the casing print head to eject casing liner material into an annular region located between the casing tubular and a wall of the wellbore to form a casing liner in the annular region, the casing tubular and the casing liner forming a casing of the wellbore.
Electrostatic chuck heater and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to an electrostatic chuck heater having a bipolar structure, the electrostatic chuck heater comprising: a heater body having an internal electrode and an external electrode for selectively performing any one of an RF grounding function and an electrostatic chuck function according to a semiconductor process mode; and a heater support mounted below the heater body so as to support the heater body.
