Casted block molding apparatus and method
A casted block molding apparatus, including a mold, first and second filler boxes, and a pressing mechanism. The first filler box is displaceable along opposed directions between an overlapping position where a first bottom opening is located over the mold cavities and a retracted position away from the mold cavities. The first bottom opening is closed by a first cover in the retracted position and is open over the mold cavities. The second filler box is mounted to the first filler box and displaceable therewith along the opposed directions. The bottom opening of the second filler box is closed by a second cover when the filler boxes are displaced from the retracted position to the overlapping position. The second bottom opening is open after the first filler box reaches the overlapping position. A method for molding casted blocks is also discussed.
Apparatus and Cassette for Supplying a Material to be Formed to a Plant for Producing Slabs
An apparatus for supplying a material to be formed to a plant for producing slabs. The apparatus comprises supplying means for supplying the material, a first means for collecting and moving, a conveyor cassette and second means for collecting and moving. The supplying means take the material from reservoirs and deposit it on the first means to form a semi-finished mat. The first means provide a stable base for the material and move the semi-finished mat towards the conveyor cassette, which receives the semi-finished mat and deposits a uniform pad on the second moving means. The second means provide a stable base for the uniform pad and move it towards successive stations in the plant. The walls of the conveyor cassette, in use, at least partly support the materials weight and comprise active surfaces The conveyor cassette has, an angled shape, comprising a first rectilinear portion and a curved one.

Organic fiber toughened inorganic composite artificial stone panel and preparation method thereof
An organic fiber toughened inorganic composite artificial stone panel and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The panel includes a surface layer, an intermediate organic fiber toughened layer and a toughened base layer. The surface layer includes the following components: 40-70 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of quartz powder, 20-45 parts of inorganic active powder, 0.5-4 parts of pigment, 0.1-3 part of water reducing agent and 3-10 parts of water. The intermediate organic fiber toughened layer includes the following components: 40-60 parts of inorganic active powder, 45-65 parts of sand, 0.8-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 6-14 parts of water and 4-8 parts of organic fiber. The toughened base layer includes the following components: 30-50 parts of inorganic active powder, 30-55 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of quartz powder, 0.5-1.2 parts of water reducing agent, 4-8 parts of water and 0.8-2.5 parts of toughener.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO MANUFACTURE CERAMIC ARTICLES
System for manufacturing ceramic articles, in particular ceramic slabs or tiles, comprising: a compaction device; a conveyor assembly to transport powder material along a given path from an input station to an output station; a digital feeding assembly to feed powder material to the conveyor assembly at the input station so as to generate a layer of powder material, with feeding devices each comprising a plurality of distribution elements along its transverse output mouth, as well as corresponding actuators; a detection unit to detect the height or thickness of the powder material; and a height correction unit, located upstream of the detection unit and of the compaction device, operable to modify the height or thickness of the layer of powder material crosswise to said moving direction, depending on the data detected by said detection unit, so as to make it more uniform.
Device and method for mass decoration of ceramic products
The invention relates to a method for the mass decoration of ceramic products, comprising the following steps: spreading, superposed on one another, a layer (L) of granular or powder material and a decorative layer (3) on a support surface (2); transferring the layer (L) from the support surface (2) to an accumulation belt (T1), contiguous and aligned to the support surface (2), which is located at a lower height than the support surface (2), wherein the accumulation belt (T1) is mobile in advancement at a speed that is different from the advancement speed of the support surface (2), so that a variation in the thickness and longitudinal extension of the layer (L) is produced; pressing the layer (L) and the decorative layer (3).
Fluted additive manufacturing deposition head design
A material deposition head may include a body that defines first and second ends, an exterior surface, an interior surface, and one or more material delivery channels, where the exterior surface includes fluting. In some examples, a system may include a fluted material deposition head, a fluidized powder source, and an energy source.
Wellbore Casing Liner Printing
Provided is a wellbore casing liner printing system that includes a casing liner print head adapted to be disposed in an annular region located between a casing pipe disposed in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well and a wall of the wellbore and adapted to rotate within the annular region and deposit material into the annular region to form a casing liner in the annular region. The casing liner print head including a first set of printing nozzles arranged in series in a radial direction, and a second set of printing nozzles arranged in series in the radial direction and offset from the first set of printing nozzles. The first set of printing nozzles adapted to eject a first casing liner material into the annular region and the second set of printing nozzles adapted to eject a second casing liner material into the annular region to form the casing liner of the first casing liner material and the second casing liner material.
