Device system including a radio link
A device system, including a remote control (13) having a device housing (31) and a first radio unit (38), a tool device with a second radio unit and a radio link which connects the first radio unit (38) of the remote control (13) to the second radio unit of the tool device. The first radio unit is (38) is arranged on a front side (57) of the device housing (31), wherein the front side (57) is lying opposite a rear side (56) of the device housing (31) facing the operator in a working position of the remote control (13).
SLAB CUTTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Systems and methods are described for finishing slabs. In an exemplary embodiment, a stone-cutting miter saw includes a support fixture that is configured to support a stone slab, a guide rail, and cutting and grinding heads movably supported on the guide rail.
SAW SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF CUTTING A WORKPIECE
Systems, devices, and methods for cutting a workpiece are described herein. The systems include a clamp having an elongate body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first end and a second end, the elongate body being positioned above the workpiece and below a motor of the saw; a first connector configured to secure the first end of the elongate body to the base at a first side of the base; and a second connector configured to secure the second end of the elongate body to the base at a second side of the base. The first connector and the second connector provide for the clamp to move between a raised position where the elongate body is coupled to the base and disengaged from a top surface of the workpiece and a lowered position where the elongate body is coupled to the base and presses down on the top surface of the workpiece and secures the workpiece against the upper surface of the base when the workpiece is positioned between the first connector and the second connector.
Method for Controlling a Wall Saw System During the Creation of a Separation Cut
A method for controlling a wall saw system during creation of a separating cut in a workpiece is disclosed. The wall saw system includes a saw head, a pivotable saw arm, a first saw blade, and a larger second saw blade. The separating cut is performed in a plurality of main cuts, where the parameters of the main cuts (saw blade diameter of the saw blade used, main-cut angle) are defined before the start in a main-cut sequence. After the processing of the separating cut by the first saw blade is concluded, the controlled processing of the separating cut is interrupted by a control unit and the wall saw is moved into a parking position such that all actions of the saw-blade change (swinging out the saw arm, removing the first saw blade, installing the second saw blade, and swinging in the saw arm) can be performed.
Guide for cutting paving slabs
A guide for cutting paving slabs comprises: a guide member (1) for guiding a cutting tool; a clamping means (5, 6); and a locator (3). The clamping means comprises a spindle (5) which passes through an opening in the guide member and connects to the locator. The clamping means is adjustable to adjust the position of the spindle relative to the guide member thereby to adjust the distance between the locator and the guide member.
Tile or masonry saw assembly with improved blade wetting capability
A tile or masonry saw assembly may include a saw and a frame. The saw includes a motor operable to turn a blade of a blade assembly to cut a workpiece. The blade assembly is internally wetted during operation by nozzles disposed on opposing sides of the blade to provide water onto the blade within a blade guard configured to shield a portion of the blade. The frame is operably coupled to the saw to support the workpiece. The frame supports a water collecting system for collecting the water. The water collecting system includes a water tank that is removable from the frame.
CARRIAGE FOR A WALL SAW
A carriage (50) for a wall saw that includes a saw head and a motor-driven feed unit with a guide slide and a feed motor. The carriage is made up of a base frame (51) with a supporting frame (55) and a receiving plate (56), a guide frame (52) with a handle (58), and a chassis (53) with a first axle (64), a second axle (66), and at least three wheels (65, 67). At least one wheel (65) of the chassis (53) is designed to be connectable to a gearwheel (45) of the guide slide (26) in a force- and torque-transmitting manner with the aid of a connection device.
Frame for an electric apparatus for cutting ceramic elements
Frame for an electric apparatus for cutting ceramic elements preferably manufactured by a drawing and punching process starting from a metallic plate, being the frame a unique and continuous part in which one or more lined up going through grooves are arranged along which the cutting disc is movable to carry out the cutting of the ceramic tiles, having one or more bulgings directed in a convex form towards the interior part of the frame, being arranged in each of them a first orifice for draining out the water for cooling the cutting disc, second and third bulgings of the metallic plate being aimed at attachment means and abutment means for foldable legs and first bulgings for joining of the guide supporting and leading the cutting disc.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING CONCRETE PILES
The invention relates to a device for cutting concrete piles. The device having a frame, gripping means connected to the frame and including at least two opposing gripping parts, which are movable at least closer to each other to form a closing grip around a pile and further away from each other to release the pile from the closing grip, and sawing means, which are arranged to perform a back and forth sawing movement on the two opposite sides of the pile moving along a horizontal guide rail attached to the frame and which is further arranged to turn towards the pile to be sawed and back around their rotational axis. The invention further relates to computer program means suitable for controlling a device according to the invention to perform a desired sawing profile in the concrete pile.
CUTTING APPARATUS
A controller of a cutting apparatus includes: a storage section configured to preliminarily store as a threshold an arbitrary value based on a load current value of a motor detected when a cutting blade is rotated at a predetermined rotational speed while supplying a predetermined quantity of cutting water in a state in which a cutting water supply nozzle is positioned in an appropriate position; and a judgment section configured to judge normality or abnormality according to the result of comparison between a load current value detected when the cutting blade is rotated at the predetermined rotational speed while supplying the predetermined quantity of cutting water and the threshold stored in the storage section.
