Tray Attachment for Saws
An apparatus can include a first material support member and a second material support member each configured to removably attach to a tile tray. The material support members can define a linear saw blade slot through which a saw blade extends while cutting a planar material. The apparatus also can include a first paddle and a second paddle each configured to interpose a respective portion of the planar material between the respective paddle and a respective one of the material support members. Each of the paddles further can be configured to engage the respective material support member using an alignment pin that fixes a position of the paddle relative to the position of the respective material support member.
Cutting tool
Provided is a cutting tool that includes a cutting head, a frame, a working table, a guiding rail assembly, and a fence. The cutting head is configured to perform a cutting function. The frame is configured to support the cutting head. The working table is configured to place an object to be cut. The guiding rail assembly is configured to enable the working table to slide along a first straight line relative to the frame. The fence is mounted to the working table, includes at least one fence surface extending in a direction perpendicular to the first straight line. The cutting tool enables a workpiece to be cut to be stably placed on the working table during a cutting operation.
TILE SAW
A tile saw for cutting tile includes a frame assembly on which a rail assembly is mounted and a table assembly that is movable along the rail assembly. The table assembly includes a table and wheels mounted on the underside thereof that move the table along the rail assembly. The table assembly can cantilever with respect to the frame assembly by the travel of the wheels along the rail assembly. By cantilevering the table assembly, a wide variety of sizes of tiles can be cut without increasing the length of the rails to accommodate larger tile. The saw assembly also includes an asymmetrical C-shaped column assembly that increases the tile size capacity of the tile saw without increasing the table size.
TILE SAW SPLASH GUARD AND RESERVOIR SYSTEM
A tile saw splash guard and reservoir system has a splash guard, a water reservoir, a pump and tubing for use on a tile wet saw. Water from the tray of the saw spills over into the reservoir and is pumped to the cutting blade to lubricate the blade. The splash guard directs overspray and spillage of water and sediment into the reservoir. Some embodiments have a spillover tube at the drain hole of the tray. Sediment from cut tile settles to the bottom of the reservoir, allowing clean water to be pumped. The system keeps the work area clean and extends the amount of time a conventional tile saw may be used before having to be cleaned.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR MACHINES FOR CUTTING FLOOR TILES AND SIMILAR
The invention relates to an adjustment device for machines for cutting floor tiles and similar, which is provided with a base (1) and an arm (2) carrying a head with a cutting disc (5), and which comprises an adjustment bolt (3) rotatably mounted on the base and provided with a cam (33) that acts against the inner contour of a square hole (21), the cam (33) having a profile suitable to cause, by means of the rotation of the adjustment bolt (3), the arm (2) to move along a square path (T) and the cutting disc (5) to be adjusted in two directions (x, y), parallel and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (x) of the base.
TILE SAW
A tile saw comprising a base, a table supported by the base and configured to support a workpiece, a guide rail upon which the table is supported and moveable along a longitudinal axis, a saw unit coupled to the base, and a roller assembly for supporting the table upon the guide rail. The roller assembly includes a first roller rotatably supported by the table and engaged with a first portion of the guide rail, and a second roller rotatably supported by the table and engaged with a second portion of the guide rail that is different than the first portion. The second roller is translatable relative to the table in a direction toward the guide rail. The roller assembly further includes a spring biasing the second roller toward the guide rail.
Tile saw
A tile saw includes a table configured to support a workpiece, a guide rail upon which the table is supported and movable along a longitudinal axis, a saw unit for cutting the workpiece as the table moves along the longitudinal axis, and a roller assembly for coupling the table to the guide rail. The roller assembly includes an upper roller engaged with an upper portion of the guide rail, a lower roller engaged with a lower portion of the guide rail, and a resilient member biasing at least one of the upper roller or the lower roller against the guide rail.
BENCHTOP CIRCULAR SAW APPARATUS WITH INTEGRATED MULTISTAGE FILTRATION SYSTEM
Various aspects directed towards a benchtop circular saw are disclosed. In a first aspect, a benchtop includes a sliding table having openings that facilitate coupling a removable fence with the sliding table. In another aspect, a removable fence includes a housing, a locking mechanism, and a locking peg in which the locking mechanism facilitates toggling the locking peg between a locked position and an unlocked position. In yet another aspect, benchtop includes a circular saw blade, a sliding table, and a removable fence. Here, the sliding table includes openings to facilitate attaching the removable fence onto the sliding table.
Cutting Machine With Environment Control Arrangement
A power saw machine for cutting a work piece includes a supporting frame, a cutting blade, and an environment control arrangement which includes a cutting table base, a sliding vacuum hood, and an outlet. The cutting table base is slidably supported by the supporting frame for supporting the work piece. The sliding vacuum hood has a narrow collecting chamber with a continuous inlet for directly contacting with the work piece to omit a spatial gap between the narrow collecting chamber and the work piece, wherein during the cutting process, a cutting portion of the cutting blade is entered into the narrow collecting chamber through the continuous inlet for cutting the work piece. The outlet is provided at the sliding vacuum hood for sucking residual debris of the work piece within the narrow collecting chamber during the cutting process.
Method and System of Rivering Filtration for Power Saw Machine
A rivering filtration system for a power saw machine includes a filtration tray having a filtration cavity for collecting operation fluid after the operation fluid is delivered onto the cutting blade, and a fluid collecting tray located underneath the filtration tray, wherein the fluid collecting tray has first and second cavities. The filtration tray provides a first filtration stage for filtrating the visible residual particles out from the operation fluid. The fluid collecting tray provides a second filtration stage that the operation fluid is slowly filled in the first cavity from the filtration cavity to ensure slurry residual particles in the operation fluid being deposited at the first cavity, and a third filtration stage that the operation fluid is slowly filled in the second cavity from the first cavity to ensure the slurry residual particles being filtrated out of the operation fluid.
