BRICK CLEANING SYSTEM
A brick cleaning system has: a frame; a first saw comprising a first motor and a first saw blade driven by the first motor, the first saw being connected to the frame; a second saw comprising a second motor and a second saw blade driven by the first motor, the second saw being connected to the frame; and a brick cart connected to the frame. The brick cart is configured to hold a brick. The brick cart selectively translates relative to the frame for feeding the brick in a space between the first and second saw blades such that the first and second saw blades remove mortar from opposite sides of the brick. A method for cleaning used bricks is also disclosed.
Material trimming system
A material trimming system used with a table saw having a rotationally driven arbor, a table with a specialized tray to retain an article to be trimmed, the system including a core structure with a core rotational axis that attaches to the arbor that has an arbor rotational axis. The system also includes a peripheral ring that is about a ring rotational axis, wherein the peripheral ring removably engages the core structure, wherein the peripheral ring includes an outer peripheral element that is operational to trim a material of the article to a selected configuration. In addition, included in the system has a cover having a cover rotational axis, the cover having a mechanism to be removably attachable to the core structure that is operational to removably retain the peripheral ring to the core structure, wherein the arbor, core, ring, and cover rotational axes are all coincident to one another.
PORTABLE TILE SAW
A tile saw includes a frame supporting a saw, a table, and pan. The pan includes an inside bottom surface and an outer wall defined by a first end wall, a second end wall spaced away from the first end wall, and first and second side walls extending between the first end wall and the second end wall. A connection assembly couples the frame to the pan, and includes a first engagement member disposed on the first end wall, and second and third engagement members disposed on the second end wall. A stand includes a plurality of legs that support the pan. A transport assembly transports the pan, the table, and the frame separately from the stand. The transport assembly includes wheels coupled to one of the first end wall or second end wall, and a handle coupled to the other of the first end wall or second end wall.
Brick veneer cutting machine
Cutting bricks includes rotating a turntable having jigs. Bearings on clamp arms of the jigs are urged against a cam surface at first and second sides of the turntable to open the clamp arms to permit loading and unloading of unclamped brick. Bricks are loaded into the jigs on the turntable from both sides of the turntable by positioning the bricks in jigs with opened clamp arms. One clamp arm can clamp the brick against a side plate portion below a saw blade height and one can clamp above saw blade height. The turntable continues to rotate to release the arms from the cam surface to cause clamp arms to close. At least two brick saws positioned adjacent the turntable cut clamped bricks loaded into jigs on the turntable. Cut bricks are unloaded at the sides of the turntable when the clamp arms open.
Ceramic and masonry power saw
A ceramic and masonry power saw includes a cutting head assembly including a circular saw blade, an electric motor for driving the saw blade, and a support member for supporting both the saw blade and the motor; a rectangular box shaped frame including two hollow members at front and rear ends respectively, two side members interconnecting the end members, two side supports interconnecting the end members, a tray removably disposed on the frame by passing through the hollow member, and a first coolant pan communicating with the tray; a rail assembly disposed on the frame; and a cutting table including a main platform slidably disposed on the rail assembly, an auxiliary platform secured to one side of the main platform, and a second coolant pan releasably secured to the main platform.
CARRIAGE FOR A WALL SAW
A carriage (50) for a wall saw that includes a saw head and a motor-driven feed unit with a guide slide and a feed motor. The carriage is made up of a base frame (51) with a supporting frame (55) and a receiving plate (56), a guide frame (52) with a handle (58), and a chassis (53) with a first axle (64), a second axle (66), and at least three wheels (65, 67). At least one wheel (65) of the chassis (53) is designed to be connectable to a gearwheel (45) of the guide slide (26) in a force- and torque-transmitting manner with the aid of a connection device.
Benchtop circular saw apparatus with integrated multistage filtration system
Various aspects are directed towards a benchtop circular saw. In a first aspect, a benchtop includes a sliding table having openings that facilitate coupling a removable fence with the sliding table. In another aspect, a removable fence includes a housing, a locking mechanism, and a locking peg in which the locking mechanism facilitates toggling the locking peg between a locked position and an unlocked position. In yet another aspect, benchtop includes a circular saw blade, a sliding table, and a removable fence. Here, the sliding table includes openings to facilitate attaching the removable fence onto the sliding table.
Tray Apparatus
A tray apparatus adapted to attach to a saw table with an article placed on the tray that is trimmed by a table saw, the tray includes a base planar structure having a first side portion and a second side portion. The first side portion is adapted to attach to the table saw table, the base further includes first and second margins, the first margin further includes a fence to help retain the article and the second side providing a support for the article. Also, a sliding bridge structure is suspended over the second side portion, wherein the sliding bridge structure is slidably engaged to the first and second margins, the sliding bridge operationally providing a rest for the article.
Safety paddle clamp guide for saw tray
An apparatus can include a first material support member and a second material support member each configured to removably attach to a tile tray. The material support members can define a linear saw blade slot through which a saw blade extends while cutting a planar material. The apparatus also can include a first paddle and a second paddle each configured to interpose a respective portion of the planar material between the respective paddle and a respective one of the material support members. Each of the paddles further can be configured to engage the respective material support member using an alignment pin that fixes a position of the paddle relative to the position of the respective material support member.
