METHOD FOR DRYING BULK MATERIAL, ESPECIALLY GRANULAR PLASTIC MATERIAL, AND DRYING DEVICE FOR SUCH MATERIAL
A drying device includes a mixing unit fixedly connected with a drying unit. The drying unit is erected on a bench. The mixing unit includes a virgin material loader and a regrind material loader, which are respectively connected to the top of a mixing component. The bottom of the mixing component is connected with a drying unit through a buffer hopper with level sensor. A drying process with the functions of mixing and drying plastic particles integrates the mixing process and the drying process into a set of processes, saving the control cost and working space. The regrind materials are directly fed by the suction device above the equipment, which can be used as soon as they are produced, reducing the cost of manual treatment and reducing the absorption of air moisture. The user can control the mixing proportion and drying parameters on the control panel at the same time.

Disclosed is a device for processing plastic materials, having a shredding unit, a conveying unit having a screw (7), and an extruder, having at least one extruder screw (11), adjoining the screw, wherein the central longitudinal axis (3) of the screw (7) is oriented at an angle to the central longitudinal axis (10) of the extruder screw (11), in particular at an angle of 80 to 100, preferably 90, and the longitudinal axis (3) of the screw (7) is offset with respect to the longitudinal axis (10) of the extruder screw (11) by an offset (v) in the direction of the direction of rotation (12) of the extruder screw (11) at or in the region of the discharge opening (8) or the intake opening (16) of the conveying unit.

The present disclosure provides a method for physical recycling and reutilization of textile products, including: a preparation step: providing a recycled textile product; a shredding step: shredding the recycled textile product at a rotational speed of 400-1000 rpm to form a shredded material; a fusion step: subjecting the shredded material to stretching and shearing, and preliminarily fusing the shredded material to form a fused material; a melting step: forming the fused material into a molten material under a high temperature and a high pressure; a forming step: rolling the molten material into a sheet; and a filtration step: heating and melting the sheet, then filtering out impurities from the melted sheet through a filter mesh to form a processed material.
