A fluid directing flow manifold for directing reactive fluids, independent of one another, from a dispensing manifold to a dispensing tip of a fluid dispensing apparatus provides a disposable and low cost fluid passageway between the dispensing manifold and dispensing tip while reducing or eliminating the possibility that reactive fluids will react and clog or block the dispensing manifold. The flow manifold provides independent fluid passageways between valves of a dispensing manifold and a mixing chamber of a dispensing tip of the dispensing apparatus. The flow manifold may be adapted for use with various types of fluid dispensing systems. The flow manifold may include multiple fluid guide bodies that may each be removed from the flow manifold to be cleaned or disposed of, and then replaced. Quick release mechanical fasteners are included for quick attachment of the manifold to a dispensing manifold valve and to the dispensing tip.

System and method for forming a polyurethane foam including on demand introduction of additive to resin component

A system and method for forming a polyurethane foam includes supplying an isocyanate component from a source of isocyanate to a proportioner. A resin component from a source of resin is supplied to a metering unit and an additive having an unstable state from a source of additive is supplied to the metering unit. The resin component and the additive form a reactive mixture when combined. The system and method includes delivering the reactive mixture by the metering unit to an accumulator and storing the reactive mixture in the accumulator. The system and method further includes demanding a supply of the reactive mixture with the proportioner and supplying the reactive mixture by the accumulator to the proportioner and mixing the reactive mixture with the isocyanate component by the proportioner to form the polyurethane foam.

The invention relates to a method of injecting polyurethane, where the contents of two cylinders (2) of polyol and isocyanate are mixed in a static mixer (3). The mixed amount of polyurethane is injected with a gun (1) into a hole and at the appropriate points for joining the fittings. The injection can be done in horizontal hanging lines that run through the roof, in vertical columns, but also in any other case as judged by the applying person.

Process and device for quick dry and or rapid set aqueous external coatings

A device and process for applying a quick dry rapid set aqueous solution. An indicator of a selected color and composition is added to an accelerator to be applied along with a resin. The tinted color indicator is typically blue and allows the user to determine if the proper mixture is being applied. The indicator is visible only during application and disappears after application. The resin and accelerator are applied using an airless spray mechanism with delivery systems and spray gun. The spray gun has 2 nozzles and the capability to set the angle between the nozzles.
