METHOD FOR THE DEVULCANISATION OF A VULCANISAED RUBBER MIXTURE, DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD, AS WELL AS A RUBBER MIXTURE AND VEHICLE PNEUMATIC TYRE, COMPRISING A COMPONENT MADE OF THE RUBBER MIXTURE
The invention relates to a process for devulcanizing a vulcanized rubber mixture, comprising the following steps: A) providing or producing a vulcanized rubber mixture, B) comminuting the vulcanized rubber mixture into a granulate of vulcanized rubber particles, C) extruding the vulcanized rubber particles produced in step B) in a twin-screw extruder to form a devulcanized rubber mixture, wherein, during the extruding in step C) at least one regeneration reagent is added to the extruded rubber particles, wherein the regeneration reagent comprises at least one silane, at least one plasticizer, at least one aging stabilizer or mixtures thereof. The invention also comprises an apparatus for performing the method and the uses of the apparatus, and a rubber mixture and also a pneumatic vehicle tyre or a technical rubber article comprising a component composed of the rubber mixture.

The extruder (100) comprises—a cylindrical rotor member (1) having diameter (D) and length (L) and comprising a feeding zone (14), —the rotor member (1) arranged in a barrel (2), —the cylindrical surface of the rotor member (1) carrying cavity/cavities and/or projection(s) (5) arranged in helically extending rows, —the helically extending row(s) of the rotor member (1) having a pitch (P) and depth (d) in the feeding zone (14) of the rotor member, and the extruder (100) further compris-ing—a drive system (4) for the rotation of the rotor member (1) in the barrel (2). The relation of the depth (d) to the diame-ter (D) of the rotor member, i.e. d:D, is not more than 1:20, and the relation of the pitch (P) of the rotor member to the di-ameter (D) of the rotor member, i.e. P:D, is not more than 1:4.

The present invention is directed to production of granular carbon, prepared from lignin. The process comprises the steps of providing agglomerated lignin, heating the agglomerated lignin to obtain thermally stabilized lignin and subjecting the thermally stabilized agglomerated lignin to heat treatment to obtain granular carbon.

The present invention provides an apparatus for recycling composite material and a method for recycling composite material by using same, the apparatus including: a mixing tank in which pulverized products of fiber-reinforced waste plastic are dispersed and mixed in water together with a filler, thereby forming a composite material mixture; a fixing agent addition part for forming a recyclable material by supplying, to the composite material mixture, a fixing agent that aggregates the pulverized products of the fiber-reinforced waste plastic and the filler; and a filtering tank in which the recyclable material is supplied such that a recyclable composite sheet is formed.
